Alberto is a sweet old man who runs an amazing tailoring business. I’ve taken my designer jeans there to be hemmed or repaired, and each time they come back to me with new life.
I once broke a zipper on my jeans. Thanks to Alberto’s masterful handiwork, it’s as if nothing ever happened to them! I’ve recommended countless friends to his establishment, and have yet to be disappointed.
Yeah, he doesn’t take credit cards or debit cards. Cash is still valid currency, people. He charges reasonable prices ($ 8/butt rip repair), and speaking Spanish/Italian doesn’t hurt.

No stars. None. Nada. Negative 5000.
Tried on the dress (Needed for a wedding reception Sat)… The hem was above the knee.
I asked him to remove less than 2 inches from my dress… I wanted the hem to hit right below the knee.
I not only had to keep tugging at my beautiful dress all evening to prevent flashing the kids and grandparents. I was freezing. What can I say? I’m normally like Batman/Superman/Wolverine (Tough and über awesome) but my weakness if having my knees exposed.
Boooooooooooooo. hiiiissss. Boo.
Also. BF’s pants were hemmed waaaay to long. He still looked awesome, but he needed less break. :(
