This is when I wish Unilocal could have negative stars as an option. I called for a property and they were extremely rude and unprofessional.
The only positive review for this business appears to be fake!

I tried calling this place for a rental listing they had on their website, but the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t do business with them if I were you.

HORRIBLE!!! This place is a joke! Do NOT rent from this place! «agent» told me property would be repainted due to lead in the paint and it was chipping and 4 days before move in told me to pay to have the power turned on so they can work on the house (not my responsibility) and then said the owner did not want to paint. Due to the fact I have a toddler I told them I would not want to rent the home and asked if i can have my deposit back, she said yes in three days. I called to let them know I was gonna get my check and they said NO! That they changed their mind. I told them I would get a lawyer due to a hazard that needed to be fixed and then the OWNER RON BLASCO told me to teach my kid not to eat paint and call me an idiot and then said he was glad he didn’t rent to me and have fun getting a lawyer.
My Lawyer already sent them a demand letter and we are going to small claims court if they don’t agree to the demand letter.
Once again Horrible the worst place I have ever Dealt with!
