This company is unprofessional. The manager Jon does not email or call you back, even when its regarding a damage claim that has been deemed their responsibility. My vehicle is unsafe to drive and has been parked for 2 weeks as Jon will not handle my repair needs. Needless to say he has not shown any concern to my bodily injury. The only time I have ever been contacted is when I file complaints. Waste of my time
