Great communication and service. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Everything that was going to be fixed on my Mac was said to me before and after the fixing. Tim always provided information of what needed to be done via telephone and email. It’s pricey but you get exactly what you pay for :) another great thing they let you decide for yourself if you want to go through the process. I decided to wait on the ram upgrade and he was completely nice about it. Love this place and recommend it to anyone

Small little computer place but has amazing customer service and communication. They are willing to work with your pay schedules and payments. Seems like they really care about their customers. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks Cornice for being a great, honest, and caring business.

These guys were amazing. I’m not a big Mac fan and I was worried when my HD crashed. The store helped diagnose my problem AND fixed it within a day despite needing to order a new part. They even cleaned and upgraded it to its original state.
You may get discouraged if they put you on hold when you call but realize they are only doing that because they are helping another customer who’s in the store. If I ever have Mac problems again I’m definitely going back to these guys!

They saved my MacBook!
Previously went to Rockstar computers in Upland and they said they could not fix my problem, basically wasted $$
Went to back to Apple and instead of paying $ 1,400 to depot it (the price of a brand new MacBook) The referred me here, and I’m glad they did!
They had no problem fixing my computer and although the cost was expensive, it saved me from having to purchase a new MacBook and it is still under warranty.
It works great and they were very helpful!

The folk at cornice are amazing. I had a macbook pro that crashed and they were able to not only recover my data, but also put in a new hard drive and battery (they work with Apple Care) for almost $ 800 less than I had been quoted elsewhere! Before sending your computer to some
to get your computer fixed or to the apple store (who made my computer worse) check in with the cornice folk. Also, highly recommend their express service — for only $ 50 you computer is next on the table to be examined. Great deal compared to other locations for express service. In short, check them out for friendly, fast, and competent repairs

Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. If you’re Mac is under warranty or covered by AppleCare, Cornice is an Authorized Apple Service Provider so it’s just like taking it to the Apple Store (minus the crowds and wait.)
My SuperDrive was faulty but covered under warranty so Cornice had the part ordered and installed in a few days. Since my MacBook Pro was going to be opened anyway, they even installed my new RAM free of charge. Thanks again for that!
Now Apple only covers hardware repairs at non-​Apple sites so they couldn’t help me out with that for free but their prices seemed fair and the staff is definitely honest and fair.
So save yourself a trip to Victoria Gardens or Brea and stop by Cornice on Benson first.

This is the place to take your Mac. VERY professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. They explain every charge that could be anticipated and the prices are fair. I never give 5 stars but this is the best!

Staf was incredibly helpful! They fixed my problem with my 1 year old MacBook Pro, prevented me from spending more than I needed. I will go again if I ever need it.
They also sourced a battery for my old Powerbook that I couldn’t find anywhere.

This is an approved Apple Reseller and Service Center. I recently took my MacBook Pro into the shop to have it fixed under warranty.
The customer service at this location is astounding. I was much happier taking it to Cornice than I think I would have been had I taken it to the Apple Store that’s also pretty local. Their communication is great, the staff are all very helpful and polite, and they all act very professional without being snooty.
I highly, highly recommend taking your Apple in to be serviced here. They earned my respect as a customer, and I would imagine they will do the same for you. Additionally, they sell old apples (Think from now back to Apple IIe) and Apple accessories, so it’s a cool stop in just to look at their stock if nothing else.
