After researching several dermatologists and ran across David Robles in the area with 5 stars on Unilocal,I am so upset for sending my husband here. After 3 office visits & several testing and thankfully it was just eczema in the end. Now we are getting harassed about our copay. My husband paid cash and they are showing no record of it. I just got off the phone with their billing office Chaparral Med Group. We have PPO so they would not allow my husband to see the doctor unless we paid up front on our Copay. Now they are don’t have record of it and they are making me go back 4 months ago on my receipts to find proof. I am going to find it when I get home but I do want to make others AWARE of this. Once I find the receipts I am going to contact our insurance and report them.

Fabulous Doctor and fabulous office staff! Highly recommend him! He has removed a skin cancer spot for me, as well as removed moles on both my husband and teen daughter. He’s very friendly, knowledgable, and caring.

I had a skin condition for 9 years that Dr. Robles diagnosed in a couple minutes. A month later, and I’m cured! The doctor and his staff are very friendly and my only regret is not going years earlier.

I was very pleased with the short wait in the nice air conditioned waiting room. They called me in and I was able to watch tv and they have me a cup of water. They procedure I was here for took the least amount of time to finish compared to anywhere else. The doctor and assistant were very helpful and new what they were doing. Great job done and would definitely recommend this office to any of my friends or family members! ⁵⁄₅

I’m very puzzled how a business like this keeps operating. My sons was referred for acne to Dr. Robles office. Not once did we get to see Dr. Robles, always an associate. He was prescribed Accutane. It has to be prescribed on a monthly basis after blood work at a lab is looked over. Each month it was a nightmare to get the medicine. We would go to the pharmacy then were told that the doctor had not done there part on the I Pledge website. So each and every month I would have to call the office to get them to ok the prescription on the website. Then after 5 months of being under the care of various associates, my son finished the medicine. I called for a follow up appt. I was told I needed a referral. Unbelievable!

Dr. Robles’ office is great! I have been struggling with acne since I was 18, and have tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Over-​the-​counter, prescription, homeopathic. Gluten-​free, dairy-​free, sugar-​free diets and everything in between. Nothing has worked to completely clear up my skin UNTIL I came in to see Dr. Robles about 4 months ago. He immediately recommended Accutane, due to the extensive scarring (I’m turning 30 in a few months, and as you can imagine 12 years of battling acne has left more than a few marks). I’m not advocating Accutane for everyone; I’m just saying that I was pleased to see that he was confident enough to be a appropriately aggressive with my particular case. He is a great doctor and he is a really nice guy. Even though he is no longer contracted with my medical group, I have continued to come see him on a monthly basis, and paid cash, because I trust his judgement (thanks to my now 100% clear skin). His office staff are all really nice and knowledgeable. The wait time is not bad at all (I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen) especially for a specialist. The only issue is if you’re a new patient, with a non-​urgent issue, you will have to wait for an appointment, but that’s just because Dr. Robles is so good, everyone wants to see him. Two thumbs up!

Had my first appointmnet on Thursday with Dr.Robles. I showed up for my appointment and the office was easy to find and was very clean and front office staff was very friendly. After I finshed filling out my paperwork I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was called into the back. When I got put into the room the staff was very nice to inform me that their whas 1 person ahead of me. I appreciated that because I figured that I would have to wait a little bit before I was to be seen.
I was irst seen by a student PA who was there rounding with the doctor that day. She did her assessment and went to get the docor so he could assess me as well. They both where very thorough and went over everything went me. The staff was awesome and very friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone to go and give them a visit.

Well Dr. Robles an his faithful staff has helped me again. I really can’t say enough about Dr.
David Robles dermatologist he’s caring an gentle an that really helps he’s helped me through alot. His 2 assistants ARE ALSO there to help me through this. Believe me my case has been very baffling an time consuming but all in all Thanks to The Dr. Robles team.

I was very nervous coming to see Dr. Robles since I don’t have many positive interactions with doctors. I was a bit defensive but Dr. Robles was the nicest doctor I have ever met! He listened and it was apparent that he cared. I wish I remembered my medical assistants name but I was so on edge I just remember how gentle she was at injections! I avoided seeing a dermatologist for years. If I had known how kind Dr. Robles and his staff are I would have come sooner. They really do have the nicest staff I have ever seen! You won’t catch me saying this often about a doctor appointment, but I can’t wait to come back!

I was pleased with the level of service I received from you when I first saw you! So, I changed the star count. However, I know I can’t hold you personally responsible for the lack of stellar performance of the front office receptionist (s). Ultimately, I believe they are more to blame. Do they not organize the patients who check-​in and call them back? Are they your staff? Or, someone else’s? Or does each provider have their own?
The reason I did not give you 5 stars is that when I made my follow up appointment, I was told you requested that I see the PA-​Prathiba instead of you… maybe this wouldn’t have happened if I had seen you since you stated you were running on time… We will see how today’s appt goes!!!

From my first time experience — Awesome knowledgable doc and the nurse practitioner. I found the staff very friendly… will def go back next time when I need to go to a dermatologist.
Dr. Robles seems to have great knowledge about my issue. He went out of his way to fix my problem.

I was recently diagnosed with Alopecia and went to Dr. Robles for some guidance. He gave me a great deal of information on Alopecia and was able to start the hair growth process again. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Robles to anyone!

I had a skin evaluation done by Dr. Robles recently. I have never been to a doctor who has been so down to earth and comforting before. He made me feel like he was my friend, yet still maintained professionalism and respectfulness. I trust his expertise and wish all my doctors were as fun to visit as he was. The office staff is also very nice and helpful.

As a student in the medical field, I know how important it is to find a doctor who is knowledgable and actually cares. Dr. Robles solved my acne issues that I’ve been battling for the last year. I’ve always had nice skin, but had the worst breakouts of my life recently. I tried almost every over the counter topical available and took good care of my skin, but nothing was working so I decided to see a dermatologist. I’m so glad I found Dr Robles. Dr Robles’ treatment regimen solved my annoying acne issues and he even gave me samples of my meds. Great guy who cares and actually listens! Highly recommended dermatologist :)) Thanks for everything!

Dr. Robles was nice, patient, knowledgeable, and actually listened!!! i never felt rushed or pressured, and he didnt seem stuck up. he seemed genuinely concerned and I will recommend him to everybody. He gave me a prescription for my acne which seems to be working well and his assistant (I didnt catch his name) was also very nice and helpful. plus they take my insurance (yay!)

As good as it gets !
I called in new years eve because I was very concerned about a really ugly rash around my lips. I was freaking out & they were able to see me in a minute’s notice.
I came in crying like a baby, but everyone, EVERYONE, the nurses to his shadowing students, were so nice & comforting.
& when dr. robles finally saw me, he took the time to talk to me & have a good look at the rash. He was very very nice & he was very reassuring that my face was going to heal & everything was going to be okay! (just an allergic reaction to neosporin)
Highly recommend Dr. Robles. Very nice, very helpful & if you still have concerns after your appointment you can message him on their fb site! (What a cool & hip guy)

They treat me soo good .even bein first timer one and cash patient. …he did a lot of work for lil money… woth the pain soo good so far

Dr. Robles is the best! He takes his time when I see him, answers all my questions and writes down his diagnosis for my reference, which I think is great. I wish all doctors were like him. I highly recommend him!
