SKAM SKAM SKAM! They skam you out of $ 25 and you do’t even get your picture OR vacation stay. I wish I would have looked them up before I decided to take them up on their bogus offer. So angry! Listen to what people write here about this place, they are skammers.

HORRIBLE! They called me so much at work pestering me to book my appointment that I got written up! And im a manager! I have called them multiple times and yelled at them to stop calling me. It has been 6 months and they still call and harrass me! STOP FUCKING CALLING ME! I am filing a police report for harrassment right now!
I hope your shitty ass company goes under!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I am glad I didnt fall for this «deal» I literally got off the phone and Unilocaled the business and this informative info came up. I thought it was a little strange that someone was going to come in 90 min. to pick up $ 29.99 to receive this offer.

Their offer about the free hotel stay for 2 people «good for one year» is not just a little misleading, it’s a straight out lie! There are a bunch of hidden costs and a bunch of hoops you have to jump through to get this offer. They straight out lied when the questions were asked about any other costs, any black out dates, any weekend conflicts and choice of hotels.
First of all, you have to send the company $ 12.00 for process & handling (no big deal, right) Except, I spent over $ 200 on photo’s for this supposedly free offer. Then they send you a voucher with 2 option’s; Option A which costs another $ 23.95 and the days available are only Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Well that doesn’t work for me) If those days don’t work for you then you have to switch to Option B which only offers discounted rates and not the free 3 day and 2 nights as promised.
What makes me even more angry is I had a friend call and ask similar questions to make sure I didn’t misunderstand anything and to make sure it didn’t all sound like a scam. I asked AGAIN when I went into the studio and AGAIN they reassured me (with some attitude) that it was all free and there would be no weekend conflicts. I am very disappointed and feel like I was duped. I’ve seen much better deals offered through
that offered portraits for a much more affordable price then this studio. Empire studios packages are very expensive and the only reason I went to them is because I thought I was getting a deal with their free vacation offer. WRONG!
