Have been coming here for a few months. Dr Ramos is pretty good doctor, actually takes her times to see what’s going on with the patient. Only problem is she only works on Wednesdays. The other doctor in house is a joke. Every time my son comes in, doc barely checks him says it’s a viral cold and sends us home with cough medicine. This has happened twice within the last few ‘months. Pretty sure my son has an ear infection was up all night crying complaining about ear pain. Thank god for urgent care and the ability to change doctors. If Ramos worked more we would stay.

Been coming here for almost a year with my son who’s 8months old with dr. ramos very good doctor love her. Never had a problem with receptionist besides a few days ago. I called in because my son had a fever it went away then he got vomiting and diarrhea so I called so we could be seen the girl told me to come in before 10:45 even tho it was 10:15 and I live 20min away but I said no problem was gettin everything ready my son fell asleep so instead of bothering him I let him sleep so I called back to give them the COURTESY that I wasn’t going to come in this was a different woman on the phone then who I had previously talked to she was not professional at all I told her I was suppose to go in but I’m not my son fell asleep etc she goes «oh we don’t accept walk ins» umm who said anything about a walk in? I’m calling to let u know I’m not coming in her response exactly while smacking her gums «mmmhmm yea ok» I didn’t get her name which I should have but next time I won’t call in to let u guys know I’m not coming in. And if my son wasn’t sick I would have let that nice lady have it :) will be looking for a new doctor. And FYI if your going to get a JOB in the medical field have a great attitude because your dealing with people EVER single day ! And if u can’t have a great attitude then find another job. We are mothers, fathers sister etc with sick children or just have questions so please don’t give us the attitude.
