Garden of Beaden

After six months of hearing about this place I finally had a chance to go to it. The customer service was both nice and helpful. Staff very knowledgeable and willing to tell you if they don’t have what you want they will help you find it at another business. Thumbs up.

This place is amazing. There is a big selection of beads and i actually called looking for a particular type of bead… called the kukui beads. For a graduation lei… basically no where had them and this was a last place we looked scenario. The sales lady, Irene, was so cool. She was able to dig up the last strand they had. They have a great selection of beads and all the accessories needed

Wife like this location which means it cost me a lot of money, well ok not a whole lot but enough, they have a very nice selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Wife tells me we are going to stop in again, So I would recommend it is you or your wife needs beads or beading supplies.

Irene took the time to talk to me about beads and also life choices in the bead world. She had a lot of advice that I clearly asked for and walked away with a complete different attitude. She has everything you need to make something unique and special for someone special or for yourself. Very Friendly and helpful…

Love this store. Irene is so knowledgeable and is always so busy working and creating. I would love to go into business with this woman, she has done an amazing job with this shop. Inventory is sparse but amazing just the same.

Irene is a wonderful person and her shop reflects her personality. It is a warm, friendly place where headers of all levels of experience can have a good time. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. The classes are great and taught by talented people.

They carry wide selection of miyuki ¹¹⁄₀ beads in the long tubes (23−30gms). That’s a big plus for me. Unfortunately, they did not carry the Toho magatamas or the ¹⁵⁄₀ beads which I needed for my next beading project.

Garden of Beaden is the best, hands down. I went in needing a repair to a necklace I had, and they were able to set me straight, no problem! Their extensive collection of beads and accessories is kind of overwhelming. I can only wish I had more time to take advantage of it all!

I’ve been to a lot of bead stores, and this one is the best. It’s not just that Irene’s selection of goodies is so great, but the vibe, sense of community, great classes, friendly service make it a great place to shop for projects, brainstorm or learn from the amazingly talented folks that that frequent this place.

A nice little shop in downtown Upland. Nice owner Irene who is extremely friendly and talented. Instead of buying new jewelry for my wedding, I decided to put together two pieces of jewelry for a special touch. Irene was able to show me how to do it and suggested many ideas and solutions. I was so happy with it, I decided to put matching earrings together. With her help, we were able to quickly design and made a pair to go with my necklace. This place is a gem and you will get good service and expertise.

What an awesome little shop! Exactly the type of place I was looking for. I walked in and there were so many different things, it was a bit overwhelming, but in a good way.
There were so many beads and strings and all kinds of random things to make into something. Endless Possibilities. I spent maybe $ 2 and now I have a brand new necklace that I love.
The people there are very friendly and inviting. I love this store! Anyone who is crafty should stop by there, it’s really cool.

The Garden of Beaden is an AWESOME shop, The owner Irene what a delightful person, The store is well stocked for all of you that bead, I was invited to an open house last month and two of the crafters were there with all of their beautiful pieces and a book signing as some of their pieces were published in Belle Armoire, Crystal Basica and Tara Wilson, I must say I was really impressed, So if your into beading this shop is a must, They also offer classes.

I love, love, love visiting Garden of Beaden in Upland. The family that owns this shop makes each visit warm, friendly and inviting. You will feel like they are part of your family. They are very knowledgeable about their craft, their inventory and excellent customer service from the first time I came in. Irene and Ronnie are always really helpful and nice. They are genuine and sincere and I’ve seen them treat everyone with respect. They have convenient, regular business hours, offer private and group classes, a mailing list for updates, coupons and specials and great prices. The atmosphere is relaxed and mellow and often times busy with people that seem like «old friends». I frequent several bead shops and Garden of Beaden in Upland, BY FAR surpasses them all. I would know!
