Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

The deal you get is great but I received the worst customer service I’ve ever had! the blonde girl was extremely rude and very stingy with the toppings. When I said I wanted more, she only put one scoop extra. Even when I got a side, she merely filled it halfway. With what I got at this location, I always receive more at the Rancho Cucamonga location! Highly recommend anywhere else but this location.

This is my favorite golden spoon. I like the location, the servers have always been nice, and the store clean.

Best yogurt ever! I love how you can swirl up to 4 or 8 flavors together, its mind blowing. The guys that work there very nice fun to joke around with. I always make time to get my Golden Spoon fix!

The yogurt was good but I must stress the rudeness and attitude of the girl working. It was a plus size white girl with blonde hair. Horrible worker will NEVER return because of this employee!!!

Pretty disappointed with our experience. We waited in aaa line that was out the door to get up to the front and find out they were out of toppings. Not to mention there was only one girl in the front helping over 10 guests while the other girl stayed in the back. The girl working the counter gave attitude when people asked for samples definitely not a customer service oriented store. I’ll go somewhere else next time!

I like how there’s a mini option … A good size to satisfy your cravings, but keep the pounds away.

This is our family’s favorite yogurt place! 4 for $ 10 Mondays and double stamp Wednesdays are great and they have the stamp cards all the time!

I would give them 5 stars but they always put the TOPpings in the middle and when I open the lid at home, half my yogurt stays in the lid. Still great yogurt.

This Golden Spoon always has great flavors. Great prices and always delicious.
Workers could be a little friendlier and keep personal conversations private. Otherwise great place!

Sad they ran out of devils food but at least we got to sample it. Love their frozen yogurt.

I’m a huge fro yo fan and Golden Spoon never lets me down.
My favorite is the cupcake flavor! It tastes so rich and creamy. Then I always top it with fresh fruit like strawberries and blueberries!
It’s not self serve but the portions are nice and the service here is always good. Even when a lot of customers are in here, they get to people fast. Plus they accomodate you when ask for sample if you don’t know which one you want to get.

If you prefer Pinkberry watery slushiness, this is not the place for you.
But if you love creamy fro-​yo deliciousness… then this is the place to go! I love, love the yogurt at this place! I’d give it 5 stars if it was self-​serve (I’m a hardcore Yogurtland and Fro-​Yo Life fan), but at least the guy behind the counter was super-​friendly when I asked for 5 different samples. Since it was near 100 deg weather, I got a refreshing combo of island coconut and sweet pineapple, which hit the spot for a hot and sweaty day. The 8oz reg size was plentiful and cost $ 3.90 with topping, which is a pretty good price.
If you live in rancho and don’t feel like driving to Claremont for Yogurtland, then head here instead! I’ve semi-​given up on trying to find the rancho location: we got lost trying to find it and instead stumbled upon Tutti Frutti, which was a tragic fro-​yo experience, but that’s another Unilocal review story :)

I’ve alway enjoying bring my two year old here for a yogurt date with her mommy. The staff has always been super friendly. To bad the day I go in the AC is broken even though it was hot inside we still enjoyed our yogurt. On a good note I didn’t here one customer complain about the heat.

Rich creamy FroYo, can’t believe it has less calories? Maybe it does or doesn’t, don’t know. I got 2 flavors in a small cup, but the serving still was huge, you can def. share their small. Toppings– mochi balls and roca. Peanut butter and vanilla.
Use their frequent card to get a free item later. Staff creates your dessert, so you can’t exercise your creativity here.

Definitely my favorite yogurt place in town. I love how they have new flavors all the time. Its always so hard to choose since they are all so good.

We eat here every Saturday. The yogurt is great. Flavors are rotated. Chocolate with a topping of Reeses peanut butter cup is still my favorite .
Get your card stamped and get it free. Staff normally great.

NOM! I love this place. I have tried several of the flavors and I would say my favorites so far are the «just chocolate», «almond joy» and one that was like lemon-​tart-​ish. I usually eat them plain but have added fresh strawberries and sometimes sprinkles to the yogurt. I like how they put yogurt in the cup– then topping– then yogurt and then the rest of the topping on top. It’s also fat free (except «heath bar») and low in calories.
The staff is usually very quick and friendly.
Oooooooh, they also have one of those «stamp» card programs. Buy 10 and get 1 free. Yeah!
