Don’t waste your time with these folks, they were a total disappointment. I called and scheduled a phone conference a week in advance and when I called into the office during that scheduled time I received a voice mail message. I left a message and expected a call back. No call back. I called again thinking ok, maybe they were just busy and didn’t get a chance to hear my message. Not! I get their message system again. Today is the second day after left a message and «Crickets». Thanks but no thanks, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Working through a will or a trust can be a little intimidating and that’s why I took so long to finally get it done. But family considerations finally forced me to make the right choice and do it. I met with Suzanne Graves on the recommendation of a friend and was very pleased at her calm and personable approach. She was thorough, but not at all intrusive or intimidating during our meeting. That immediately put me at ease and from then on the process was simple and painless. Now that were all set, my peace of mind is so much better knowing that she and her staff have taken care of everything needed to have a complete and solid trust in place. I also like that she has a yearly review option to make sure that any changes in the law or in my family are updated in the trust. A good experience all around and I feel that my family will have a much easier time in case something happens to me.
