Established in 2003, this Marshalls is the only one in the Upland area. Within a 10 mile radius is La Verne, Ontario, and Chino(also reviewed). Marshalls stores(along with its related stores: TJ Maxx & HomeGoods) are all set up/organized the same way, and your experience could be a hit or a miss; though it’s usually a hit for me because I often find something I need/want. Upland Marshalls has a decent selection of women’s, men’s, shoes, active wear, plus sizes, juniors, kids, babies, books/toys, storage, home décor, kitchenware, bath/toiletries, pet supplies, stationery, and electronics. In addition, the customer service has been pretty good. Overall, I would recommend it.

This is my favorite Marshalls! Customer service is awesome. Store is always clean & employees are always eager to help. I was in yesterday & accidently left my phone at the register. Luckily the customer behind me advised the marshalls employee who rang me up and they saved my phone for me. Very nice & super honest.

I really shouldn’t be telling you this but I love this store! Everytime I visit Marshalls I end up purchasing more than I planned to, because there are so many great deals. On my recent trip I ended up with two great pair of jeans, some seven jeans and a pair of joe’s jeans. Unfortunately I found some true religion jeans, and some hudson jeans but they were both a size too small. Boo. If not I would have come out with four pair of pants instead of two. This is also a great place to buy apparel for my husband. I have bought him guess jeans, lucky jeans and a lot of great hoodies here. He is extremely picky too. No skinny jeans, no v-necks, he even checks his t-shirts to make sure the neck isnt too stretched out, I have had to return many t-shirts to Ross, but I can usually find something for him here as well. And thus far, I have not had to return anything I have picked out for him. This time I even found something for man’s best friend too. Elk antlers for Dolce and Chloe and for only 5.99 they were a great price. This store is obviously not as organized as say for example Macys however if you have the patience and time you can come out with some«fab finds» too.

I stopped by just to see what they had and I was greeted by one person. The workers on the sales floor just walked by me without even a smile. They only acknowledged me when I acknowledged them by saying hi or simply smiling. Might not return to this one unless I really have to!

This store is amazing! You can find stuff here that you won’t find at any other store. If you are eccentric you will find this store very much appealing.

I was really upset with the customer service at this location. I had found 3 cute tops and a belt with no tag on it(the majority of the belts are not marked with prices). When I got to the counter, I asked the lady about the price of the belt and she said something along the lines of «Oh, this belt goes with a shirt, you can’t have it.» Okay, fine, I don’t need the belt. But two other shirts, she looked at the price as she was ringing them, up and said loudly, «NO, this is not the right price,» and treated me like I had changed the price tags myself. I was outraged! She then changed the prices to all the tank shirts(They were tank tops, about $ 15 each, and she printed out the tags to be about $ 25 – 30 each) The last one I picked was about $ 28, the only piece of clothing she left alone, which I consider expensive for Marshall’s, but I bought anyway. I’m not the kind of person who is necessarily down on their luck, and would go through the effort to change price tags. I am a young professional, I like ‘designer’ clothing, and sometimes I frequent Marshall’s and TJ Maxx for bargains on nice things. This was my first visit to this particular Marshall’s, and I guarantee it will be my last because of the way I was treated. Extremely disappointed.

I was more or less window shopping when I visited this store. Looking for a pair of everyday comfy shoes and there select although was limited he amazing deals on quality brand names. I was impresses with their selections but not on their efforts in stocking their shelves all around the store and general up keep of the facility. I felt the store looked too tacky with many hanging item poorly display and some touching the floor. They need to overhaul the store and reorganize it, because it was too confusing trying to find specific sections in the store.

I just got off from the gym and i just randomly found myself driving to this place just because i wanna kill some time and i just wanna look around. I don’t really buy much clothes here except for neck ties and stuffs like that. As i was browsing around I’ve noticed that most sizes are so big so if you wear XL-XXXL you’re in luck. If you like Ed-Hardy(which still sells in IE) this is your spot. Sadly/Gladly I’m not into those things and I’m not even sure if I’m going to get something here. As usual I ended up in the active wear and thought about running shorts but sadly I can’t find any medium ones small might be too short for me. But! I found some compression shorts and i think its time to get some more!!! I’m lucky there’s still 2 M sizes for the Layer 8 compression shorts which usually sells for 20 bucks and its only $ 8.99 here! What a deal!!! I think i’ll keep checking out some more Marshalls for some active clothing cause with those things style is not a big deal for me.
