I have never used this company, but they were painting a building near where I parked my car for work recently. During the process of my car was speckled with whatever that they were doing and I was directed to relocate my car after lunch. As I walked back to my job I noticed they were covering the car that was parked behind where I was parked. As I approached a gentlemen said sorry for making you move, I let him know it wasn’t a problem but it would have been appreciated if they were to cover my car like they were covering the car that was there still. Immediately he was defensive we didn’t do anything to your car, we haven’t even done stuff near here yet. I ended communication at that point by letting him know if he wanted he could walk and look at my car to see what was done. I then called the company of the building being painted and ask them the name of the painting company. That manager was nice enough to make the painter walk down to my car and see what happened. At that point he then agreed that the speckles on my car were caused from their work.
I feel it was very rude that before the «lead man» even saw what was done he got very defensive about what I stated had happened. Customer service like that in the field makes me not have a very positive word-​of-​mouth review as someone who had to deal with the repercussions of the people hands on in the field.

Contacted RPC to paint our business and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the professional service they offered us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for painting services!
