This place would get 5 stars if they had a ramp for big dogs instead of steps. My ancient LGD had a very rough time of it. Aside from that, it’s a great place to keep the big dogs tidy. My little guys can be done in my laundry room sink in between grooms, but the experience of washing a 145 pound big boy in the bathtub is exhausting. Love the comp shampoo, towels and dryers.

Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The products they use are natural and self wash is very clean and affordable too.

Came here for the 1^st time today. We are definitely coming back! $ 10 for a DIY bath was not bad @ all for a Min Pin. The girls were very friendly & Walked me through the whole process.

First timer at Scrubby Puppy. Our visit was fantastic! We’ve always bathed our dog ourself but decided to treat him to a warm bath. Michelle had helped us and showed us how everything works. Any questions we had, she was there to answer them. The groomers even interacted with our 4 year old son. Staff is very friendly! Will definitely be back here! Happy fur baby= happy mom! Amazing part is that you don’t have to clean up the mess left behind. Very grateful to have stumbled upon this business! Worth the drive from San Bernardino.

Our first time going to Scrubby Puppy. Great experience, staff is super friendly and very helpful. We washed our Cavalier and Golden. The staff walked us through the self wash process along with showing us how to use the equipment. We will be back!

If you are looking to get a late wash in make sure you get there at least and hour before closing, Self-​wash ends an hour before they close. Apparently it takes a long time to close up shop. I showed up 30 mins before closing and wouldn’t let me and my poor dirty pooch in. DISAPPOINTED.

This place is awesome! The staff is super helpful and friendly… The facilities are clean and very well set up. I’ve been looking for a place like this for my dog for a long time. Everything is included in a very affordable price… The staff offers Specialty Products but doesn’t beat you up with an upsell. Self serve and full service is available. I’m really really impressed. I will come back again and again thank you so much!

Today was my first time coming into this place. I greeted by a staff member that help with some basic question that i had about the self service pet wash… During the process of cleaning my Malinois they came to check on us the whole way. Great place.

I have LOVED taking my Bonnie to the self-​wash for several years. It saves my back and the clean-​up mess, but especially because its a special bonding time between me and my Bonnie! She is a long haired cocker spaniel and I love her that way, and avoid trims as long as possible. However, when the inevitable grooming became necessary Val stripped her back to a beautiful puppy cut and even managed to leave a subtle shadow of a skirt that I hoped for as she grew out! Val proved again that she is a skillful and meticulous groomer for pets who definitely listens to their owners.

There are simply no words to describe my love for this business. When your pack consists of large canines, you can find yourself with a rather large grooming bill on your hands in no time.
I chalked many small incidents with their former «professional» groomer to a dislike of the actual process, and it was not until I came to Scrubby Puppy Pet Wash and Salon did I realize that there was more going on than meets the eye in regards to that particular situation.
My children are not afraid to enter this establishment despite the various strange noises that they may hear coming from inside. The staff greet each canine and treat them as their own.
More often than not, it was a traumatic experience for both the canines and myself to have their nails cut, not here! At this establishment, the job calls for two people which you do not realize what a difference that makes until you have had your own child snap their rather large jaws in the vicinity of your face.
Personally, I have not had them groom my children for me but the prices that I have heard quoted are rather steep. If you opt to do the bathing yourself (as I often do), here are a few tips. Above all, enjoy the experience. It is a great bonding experience with your pet. Despite the rubber aprons they provide, you will get wet. Just kidding, that was a lie, you are going to be drenched and soaking wet by the time all is said and done with. Therefore pack a spare bag of clothes and towels for yourself. By the time your pet is dry, there will be more hair floating around than you know what to do with. Either take an extra Benadryl the night before or stock up on tissues.
There are times where the staff are liable to disappear on you (whether they are attending to other canines or taking a break), so patience is key.

Being 7 months pregnant I absolutely could not clip my 2 young terrier girls nails. It was not happening but they needed it. I emailed Val who was super nice and responsive and invited us to come by and she would take care of them. My husband and I went that Sunday & had the best experience ever! I highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! Thanks Val & your wonderful team!

My dogs are like my children. I love the friendly staff at this place. The ability to stand and watch my dogs get groomed makes me feel secure and it keeps the groomers honest and on their toes. The prices here are great and I love the blueberry facial they use. I end up sniffing my dogs face all day after she’s been groomed!

I love this place! The hardest thing about giving my 6 year old boxer Samson a bath is the pain in my back from bending over continuously for 15 minutes and the clean up in our bathtub afterwords. Taking him to Scrubby Puppy fixes both of those problems. Their tubs are at waist height so no bending over and when we’re done, we’re out of there. They take care of all the clean up. They provide the soap, towels, water, etc. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I always bring my 5 year old son with me and he gets a kick out of participating. I think we pay about $ 12 when we go and for me it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend.

I take Bennie, our black lab, there every few months for the self service. Bennie has been blind since he was a puppy, and he is always curious and rambunctious. The gang over at Scrubby Puppy ALWAYS make us feel welcome and part of the family — doing whatever they can to make Bennie feel comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings. The facility is clean, the staff are all warm, friendly, professional animal lovers. I don’t hesitate to take Bennie there again and again. And I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to pamper your pet. They’re the best! Worth every penny!

I just tried this place out because I was looking for a cheap, nice place to bathe my dog. I went in not know anything but heard the staff were friendly and they were! They offered right away to help and walked me through everything. I’m definitively coming back to this place and will look into grooming too!

I love this place so much! It was our first time. The owner helped us through out the whole wash. We learned some new tips as well. My baby doesn’t like baths very much but he was so very well behaved. We will definitely be returning.

The attention to detail and the care they truly are giving my Goldens (my children) is fantastic!!! On time and now gorgeous great smelling dog dogs.

I love this place! I go for the self service to bath my wheaten terrier, I also have him groomed there too. I love the fact that there are no kennels and no «behind closed doors», they are always visible. The groomers do a great job, honest and straight forward.
They charge by time, however long it takes is what they charge. I do pay about $ 30 more then other grooming places but totally worth it.
I don’t recommend using the self serve bath tubs next to dogs that shed! One time there was a German Shepard next to me and the owner was just blowing the air all over the place! She had no consideration for what she was doing. Other then that I love this place! The scrubby puppy is fun, relaxed, and we always have a great experience bathing and grooming out wheaten.
