I received a call from Marjorie, who was kind enough to offer me 4 free haircuts, so as to correct the bad, and I do mean BAD, hair cut. I want to thank her for her graciousness, but I have to decline, because if I should happen to see the hair stylist that cut my hair, I’m afraid I would be apt to say something to her, and neither if us needs that!
So I am dealing with my uneven cut until it grows out enough so I can see my old stylist in Los Angeles, who I trust with my hair.
My one suggestion us to please emphasize to Jennifer that how clients are treated reflects on the business. Had she not bolted away and talked to me, I think I might have been calmed and perhaps returned to have my hair fixed. She knew I was not happy.

The first time visiting Jennifer at studio M was about two months ago for a facial and massage combo. Massage was with another woman, who did a fantastic job. Sadly, I have forgotten her name. :(I suck.
Jennifer’s facials are so relaxing. Since my job demands so much of me I get tired and stressed and it’s obvious when you see me. Escaping once a month to the salon to see Jennifer is all I need. I usually fall asleep and leave feeling great.

Marjorie is the best, she really knows her stuff when it comes to color. I came in with so many different highlights and such dry hair. She gave me some tips and few months later my hair is so much healthier. Today I went from blonde highlights to a soft vibrant brown and I couldn’t be more please to say that I look amazing. ;) I definitely recommend Marjorie to anyone, heck she was recommended to… thanks mom good looking out.

I selected this salon after reading some of the reviews on Unilocal.After showing the stylist I was assigned to a picture of what I wanted, just a few natural looking highlights on my already dark brown hair, she proceded to do my hair. When she began to blow dry my hair after the wash bowl, I had large chunks of brassy blonde all over, not blended, just chunks. The idea of small highlights I had desired, was long gone. When she was done blow drying, I told her I felt it was too much blonde. I left that day with a follow up appointment to get my hair toned the next Friday. Although the toning did help a little, the whole experience left me very disappointed. My hair is now brassy and damaged… I’m just giving my hair some time before I cover it all up. A waste of money and time.

I’m so happy that my hair stylist is now here at this salon! Felicia has been doing my hair for over 7 years and she does an amazing job! She’s cut, dyed, highlighted… You name it and we’ve done it. I always walk out feeling like a new women. I highly recommend her

Felicia does a amazing job with my hair. She really takes her time to listen to what you want and go above and beyond your expectations. And the level of service is impressive @ Salon M. Felicia is the best. If you go to Salon M ask for Felicia you’ll be in good hands with her.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my hair done and I’ve tried other places but I always end up coming back. I love how Margery colored and styled my hair. I recommend this place 100%. It’s worth it.

I normally get my hair done 2 times in a six week period and every single time I leave this place I feel and look like a million bucks!
Erica, has done wonders for my hair from coloring my hair to any color id fancy, or cutting and styling me a new do!

Customer service is great at this salon ! Always offered coffee, soda, water or wine upon arrival. The staff is so friendly and all these ladies are beautiful inside and out !
Need an amazing hairstylist?! Erica Camacho is your girl. Naturally a Brunette, hairstylist Erica has made the impossible, POSSIBLE ! Making me look like a natural Blonde, I’ve never felt prettier or more confident ! Erica is a Wizard ! She absolutely 100% knows what she is doing. I have been absolutely 100% satisfied with every haircut, hair color, and hairstyle she has blessed my life with ! I always feel like a beautiful princess leaving her salon because her work is just absolutely spectacular ! Not satisfied? She will do everything in her power to fix what you dislike and give you the exact look you want.
I strongly recommend Highlights when going to see Erica ! She will make them look unlike anyone who has ever added highlights to your hair ! It looks so natural and so beautiful ! She really is so incredibly talented.
Need a haircut? Erica’s styles are amazing. Always making my layers and bangs look incredibly blended and never choppy like some hairstylist have left my hair in the past. My hair lies so smooth and almost impossible to tell when one layer starts and another ends !
Erica is incredibly sweet and her quirky personality makes her great company during the time you will spend at the salon ! Erica has become not only my hairstylist, but a friend.

My new fav beauty spot. Im getting a gel mani/​pedi with Stephi. first class service. My nails look amazing. I will definitely be back, for other services… maybe some eyelashes ;) Oh and yes I was sipping wine while getting my pedi… luv it!

Its awesome having a stylist who knows EXACTLY how you want your hair and makes it a reality! I got my hair done by Virginia at Studio M and couldn’t be more impressed! She is amazingly sweet, and made me feel welcome. I vaguely described what I wanted my hair to look like, the color, cut and style, and she did even better than I imagined! I now get my hair styled by her weekly! I also get my eyebrows done by Savannah every 2 weeks. Shes so nice! She is a true professional and is VERY talented! My brows have never looked better! She has also done my makeup on a few occasions and I’m obsessed! I got soo many compliments! All the Studio M ladies are amazing! They also got a new manicurist in April. Check her out :)

Studio M is a top notch salon! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Jenn does an amazing job with my hair and I always get so many compliments. Savannah did a great job with my eyebrows, so nice to go to one location and have everything done than to have to go to several different places, a great time saver! I highly suggest trying Studio M!!!

After vowing to keep my hair dye-​free, I felt the itch again. A friend of mine recommended this salon, so I thought I’d give it a try. The salon is so cute and had a really warm and welcoming vibe. They were extra nice about staying a little bit late for me, as well, because I can only come after work hours.
So, I had my hair dyed dark brown. Instead of using harsh hair frying chemicals, Yvette used a gloss to give my hair the color I desired. The color came out so well! I have hints of red in my black hair, so my brown came out to be a slight auburn-​brown. After drying and styling my hair. My hair was straight and not frizzy. and Yvette didn’t even use a straightener! Hair was so silky and smooth like melty butter! Yvette completely revived my zombie hair! It was literally a hair makeover. Be sure to ask for Yvette. So nice, cute, a joy to chat with and specializes in color correction and Brazilian blowouts. Exactly what I needed.

All the ladies there are full of energy and always upbeat and friendly. The place inside looks so amazing and the stylist are very Professional type. You come out with a great smile and a nice hair-​do ready to go. I definitely will continue to go back there.
I recommend Yvette because she is so polite and beautiful and will give you what hair you want:) !!!

The place is nothing to brag about, but I go there because my regular stylist transferred there (Adela). If you havent been there before, I would recommend you to give it an honest try. Prices are fair… people are nice!

My teenage son started geting his haircut by Yvette also and I will never take him back to supercuts (ick). He looks so cute and she gives him a very easy to manage, cool cut. Still a happy customer =}

Not impressed, not by a long shot.
I had the groupon for a mani-​pedi. She left remnants of my old light blue polish on my fingers, not cool.
I told her right away that my cuticles get cut very easily, literally a second after those words left my mouth she cut my pinky. BADLY. Then she did the thing that only an unprofessional aesthetician would do, laugh and say I must be delicate. Yes, you’re right, my flesh is sensitive to sharp metal objects.
I didn’t let her do my cuticles on the rest of my fingers or toes. Sucks bc they were ragged n needed to be trimmed.
I had to ask her to buff my nails bc she wasn’t gonna do it even tho it’s obvious my nails have ridges, and to put on a base coat for both the mani and pedi, and to give me toe separators! She didnt wait for the polish to dry even a little bit before applying the 2^nd coat, so now my nails have those lovely artistic air bubbles. Wth kinda half ass nail service is this??? I was really mad and my pinky bled and still hurts like hell. There must be a reason that there was only one other person besides me in the salon. Never going back, not unless I get into sado-​masochism sometime soon.

I tagged along with my friend there after I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year. Everyone was very friendly and informative and welcoming. The cost was unbelievably low compared to other salons I’ve been to in the past. I was impressed all around

Virginia is the bomb! I walked in with sad limp hair and left feeling like Beyonce… The best cut and style I’ve EVER had! She also cut my fiancé’s hair, CUT, not buzzed, and he looks great ;)
