So let me disclose the following: As Vice President of the Board of Directors to the HOA that utilizes Surekare Property Management, I interact with the good people here often. I think that qualifies me to be the perfect person to write this review.
Surekare stays «on top» of things regularly. When dealing with over 100 units in a HOA, there’s bound to be complaints, and the staff at Surekare field them all, present them to the board regularly, and implement the Board’s solutions quickly and efficiently.
What makes them REALLY great is that they handle everything with a friendly smile, calm demeanor, and caring attitude. Those traits are crucial when dealing with angry residents/​homeowners.
If our Board wasn’t utilizing Surekare as our property management company, they’d probably lose their V. P!
