Synergy Home Care was an amazing find. My 89 y/​o neighbor was a «number» in a local facility and he wanted to spend the rest of his time at home with his wife. I had the privilege of facilitating his escape. I consider myself a savvy consumer and always call at least three places. Luckily,
Synergy was one of the three that I happened upon. Larry, who is the hands on owner, answered my call, my questions, and was at the said facility the very next day to meet with the family and a hospice organization. Larry was able to have a caregiver at my neighbors home within 24 hours and then proceeded to set up round the clock care for this lovely couple.
One of the things that differentiates Synergy Home Care from the others is that they were able to provide different levels of care (e.g., LVN, RN, CNAs). Most of the places that I called only had nonlicensed caregivers. When coordinating care for a very ill and elderly man, it was very important to me to have access to higher levels of care if necessary.
In addition to access to licensed care givers, Synergy Home Care provided quality, compassionate, and loving caregivers. The team that took care of my neighbor ensured that his final days were lived out with dignity and grace.
Lastly, Larry and his lovely wife, came to the house to meet the family and also attended the funeral when my neighbor passed. It was a much appreciated personal touch.

Synery Home Care was our 4^th home healthcare agency we have hired for our mother (she is 96) in the past few years and they are the only company that my mother liked. Mom was happy with her care while recovery from pneumonia and really loved Ashley, her main caregiver. Cindy the office manager was very helpful and always responsive to all our questions and needs.
