The Courtyard Apartments

It’s just really sad that the city lets this place operate. they always have some kind of pest problem, including a bed bug breakout. if you complain about the pest problem, the manager gives you an attitude & tells you they only come out once a week. Think your getting a refund back on your deposit? Think again, they are crooks and keep all your money, they charge you for post control at the end, & tell you things went missing like the springs on the window. by far the worst apartment place I ever lived at. Your car will always be broken into, they have a drug & bum problem in the back parking lot. manager is really rude & has a bad attitude problem. save your money and go across the street, they are more professional and they are well kept apartments with a security guard at night.
