I saw their booth at Quiltcon. I saw a quilt on the wall and I was interested in the pattern. No, they don’t sell it, I was told. You need to buy the kit. So, I finally buy the kit… The pattern is FREE online! The amount of fabric in the kit less than 3 yards. So, hmmmm 3 yards plus a free pattern? It cost almost $ 60 dollars! And the fabric they included for the stripe isn’t even the matching fabric, they substituted something else. Wow, I feel very ripped off. Will not do business with them again.

Me and a friend went in there not knowing what we were going to need since we are new quilters. The African American lady was really nice. The long arm lady didn’t want to be bothered with us. Very uncomfortable feeling. we came back the next day to bring our quilts to be top stitched like she told us. So here we are now they said the turn around time was 6 months. Really you have 6 months of quilts in the back! Don’t think so. You knew the turn around from the day before. You allowed us to drive all the way back for nothing. And had the nerve to say it’s cause you have a show. Umm well you lost our money. They had nice fabric but I refuse to give them a penny! We went to Redlands at a place called the painted lady quilt shop. OMG the nicest people ever, helped us in every way possible. The painted lady prices for top sticking are very very reasonable. Free sewing days on Thursday what more can you ask for not to mention our turn around for our quilts are 3 weeks! Whoo Hooo I highly recommend the painted lady on Tennessee and Park. Customer service is number 1 and the quilting loft does not have it. Bye Felicia

The negative reviews posted are obviously from someone who has a grudge against the owner and she should be ashamed of herself. I have been to this shop on several occasions and always greeted by the friendly staff. It is a very clean shop and well organized. I love the space as it suits a quilt shop very nicely. They have a great classroom and a long arm for those in need of quilting their tops. Stop by this shop and enjoy their cheerful selection of fabrics. I can only wish them well as Southern California has lost so many shops and it takes everyone to support their local quilt shops to keep them open during these challenging times.

A year into her business and Keri is stocking some great fabrics. A good selection of modern prints, solids, batiks, and seasonal novelty. She’s hosting the monthly Friends of the Modern Quilt Guild meet up as well as sit and sews and classes. I’m always happy to see her friendly staff. I’m especially thrilled with her selection of Aurofil thread. The Quilt Loft has proved to be a good addition to the local quilting community.

I love The Quilt Loft. They have a very current supply of fabrics in many colors and prints. Everything is very organized and the store is very clean. Friendly Staff and very helpful. I left my quilt for quilting, it turned out beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. My daughter came with me and she loves it too. On my last visit I noticed they have Dish Toweling Rolls in many cute prints. I am going back to get the flag print so I can make dish towels as gifts! I live in Brea and I will go there again soon. The drive is only 25 minutes.

The shop is open and running! Who ever the RACIST«Illa Z» is that review is bogus, mean and slanderous. Have you ever noted the Caucasian workers in a review? Diane S” Seriously you think that your URL can’t be found and verified? I’m shocked the owner hasn’t lawyered up yet. Women at least act civil please. The shop is clean, well lit, carries various lines with a good collection of batiks and solid backbones for your stash.

I’ve been to the Quilt Loft several times now and I am definitely a fan. It is a fairly new store, and I think they’ve done great with it. Spacious and easy to move around in, the fabrics are beautiful and fun! The assortment of supplies is good, as is the variety of fabric offered.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I received an email from this shop in early May. I was so excited to learn we had a new shop in my area. In late June, after being told my husband had less than six weeks to live, I decided to stop in just to browse and let my mind wander. I was not greeted when I arrived. I spent more than 20 minutes in the store without being acknowledged. When I was leaving(without making a purchase) I was told as I was exiting the door«Next time come back with your wallet.» I will NEVER step foot in this shop again. I miss the friendly staff at Ginger’s. I understand this woman worked at Ginger’s but she clearly did not take their customer service practices with her.
