I went to Dr Lee for my first pregnancy. At my first visit to confirm my pregnancy after waiting almost 2 hours Dr Lee came in and said if I was pregnant it probably wasn’t «going to stick» because the hormone levels were low and I should go home and call them after I «pass it»
I tried to switch doctors but wasn’t able to because of insurance. The staff was always rude, unhelpful, and treated me like an idiot.
At 35 weeks I didn’t feel good. Dizzy, swelling in my face and hands, seeing spots so I made an emergency appointment on Monday morning. Dr Patricia saw me for about a minute and said I was totally fine and go home and rest. I just happened to have a dietary meeting at Pomona hospital on Tuesday morning and when the nurse took my blood pressure she rushed to get the doctor. Turned out I was exhibiting serious preeclampsia and my kidneys were already going toxic. I was induced immediately and Dr Lee didn’t come until after the baby was already crowning. He basically walked in, pulled my son out, then took off his gloves and said to the nurse «what was it» then said congratulations as he walked out the door. After my 6 week checkup I never went back and I tell everyone to avoid them! A terrible experience

After going to
A doctor that wanted to go see what was really going on. Also a normal Obgyn. We did a Laparoscopy surgery and found endometriosis and cysts that were blocking my tubes. This doctor Patricia totally wasted my time and hard earned money. DO NOT GO!!!

Office staff is rude and unprofessional. They forgot me in the lobby four hours! Also, confused me with another patient. Called off work only to find that Dr. lee was in surgery and one of the girls lied and said she called when she didn’t even have my current phone number!

Had a very bad experience. Front desk gave me the wrong information. Doctor is not on time. While I was waitng for 2 hours, I saw the Doctor and staff chit chatting away. I finally approached the front desk and said I’m a new patient should I be filling out paperwork? She then hands me the forms to fill out and ask for my insurance information. So the doctor see that I’m upset and she then proceeds to act like she is getting busy. What a joke. This place was a total waste of my time. And Dr. Thomas lee has his staff do all the talking like they are puppets. When he can explain. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere where you are not treated like a number. But like a individual with feelings.

I felt violated by the male doctor every time I went. He didn’t know who I was or what he was treating me for. I saw him for my pregnancy and was not taken care of. I put the health and safety of my unborn child in the hands of a horrible man. The office staff was rude and not helpful when I needed it. I will switch OBs and never return.

Patricia Lee is impersonal and rude. According to her office policy, it is required to have an appointment after biopsy to get the result. Whether the result is normal or abnormal, her office charges $ 30 co-​pay and bill the insurance for an appointment to go over a normal biopsy result. Her excuse was «I don’t want to give you bad news if the biopsy shows cancer over the phone». Usually, I get a notice in the mail if biopsy is normal. I don’t think it’s too late to call the patient to schedule appointment if the biopsy shows cancer.

Worst doctor ever, Patricia explained results to my wife which she didn’t understand and when asked todo so again with me she said it would require another office visit $$ of course. The receptionist was even worst. She was not nice or trying to be nice at all. Will never send my wife back. I’d rather pay triple at Kaiser than go there. They are looking for quick cash. No relationship with patients and impersonal. Totally bad experience with negative stars if I could. Also, reporting to medical board.

I saw Patricia Lee this morning and it was awful. I had never been to a gynecologist before so I was already nervous and she was very rude and made me incredibly uncomfortable. She laughed In my face when I explained a problem that I’ve been having and basically told me I was crazy and shit out of luck. Honestly, the nurse made me feel more comfortable than the doctor did. I will not be returning.

This office is so impersonal. They spend five minutes on you and they don’t even take the time to be personal or check out what’s really wrong.
I had an ingrown hair that turned into a cyst that got completely infected and ended up in the emergency room because Dr. Patricia Lee (Thomas Lee’s daughter) took a total of five minutes to exam me after I paid 50 dollars for an appointment. She told me just to use soap and water and it should be fine. No prescription or anything and just sent me on my way after I explained to her how much it was irritating me.
After four days of agonizing pain, chills and barely being able to sit down I went to the emergency room at San Antonio Community Hospital.
When I was able to be seen by the doctor he could not believe she just sent me home after how infected I was. I will never return to this office again or recommend anyone to go here.

I’ve been going to this office for years and in the beginning everything was great, but over the years the front desk staff has changed and the girls at the front desk are extremely rude and always have a bad attitude! I wish they would’ve kept the other lady’s there.

I just love Dr Thomas and Patricia Lee best OBYN ever … So nice and very caring. ! The staff was always super nice with great attitudes :) Adrianna :) is so sweet and very helpful with Anything I needed.

The receptionists and nurses have been helpful and friendly at all my visits. However, I do not believe the doctor knows who I am. At my last appointment he overlooked that I am having twins, and I had to remind him to listen for 2 heart beats.

I had a wonderful experience at this office! The staff were very professional and caring people. The nurses and doctors really made me feel comfortable. I had such a great visit! I’m going to recommend Dr. Lee to all my friends!

Worst place EVER! Such a shit hole with shitty as doctors and nurses. No compassion here! They are all rude treat you like a nobody. They also do not inform you if there is something wrong with your pregnancy!!!
After switching over to my new doctor I was informed that I have a condition called, «placenta previa.» It’s where my placenta is lying low either over or very close to my cervix. This was shown in my first ultrasound that I got at 20 weeks due to their long referrals!!! Never once did they mention this. i had to hear it from a REAL doctor at 26 weeks!!!
This is my first pregnancy and by far have not felt like an enjoyable experience having to deal with these people. I’m 26 weeks. I’ve heard my baby’s heart beat twice with one ultrasound. The place they refer you to is the same and make you wait over an hr with appointment.
I have decided to change doctors and now they are taking forever to fax over my medical history to my new doctor. (Sure you can pick them up for a fee of $ 25) I shouldn’t say I’m shocked but I am. It’s nice to see how they treat their patients who are in a delicate state. Stress the heck out of you! If you can change doctors do so, you and your baby deserve better then this father and daughter duo.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The care is horrible. My wife has hyperemisis. And her case was basically treated like there is no problem. Our first visit was great. But Adriana. The receptionist/​clerk at the front is very rude. Not polite. Not helpful. And thinks she is a doctor. My wife was rushed to ER. Because she had vomited more than 2 hands can count. And had not eaten for several days. She was weak and exhausted and pale. At the ER they have her fluids and did labs. And after about 5 hours she was sent home. Thank god everything was ok. We called to make an appointment for a follow up and get a doctors note. And Adriana specifically told us. «The doctor will not see you, and will not give you a note. So try and go back to work. I’m sorry honey, but YOU need to try and go back to work. We will see you on your next appointment» how is this even legal? She was rushed to the emergency room the day before, how does dr. Lee know the status of my wife? The baby? Labs weren’t even done on the 10^th week like they should be. And the meds for the nausea were not working anymore. And her next appointment wasn’t for another 2 weeks! She needed care ASAP… we dealt with Adriana about 4 times more than we even spoke with the doctor. So we changed obgyn and the new dr. Is amazing. Friendly staff. And just a total opposite than this office. My recommendation. Never come here. Might as well go the DMV. They will be more helpful.

Please do not see this doctor. He is horrible and I believe him to be responsible for the full-​term pregnancy loss I suffered (a legal case ensued and I’m not sure how much I can or can’t say). This doctor will not listen to you, seems to be a slave to the insurance companies so does not do routine or warranted interventions, and belittles women because he is the almighty doctor and you are just an idiot who knows nothing. When I was told I had lost my baby, he told me not to worry because I was young and could have another baby. I requested another doctor deliver my baby and, thankfully, received very sensitive care from the new doctor who didn’t even know me when he stepped in to help.
Dr. Lee is not just a bad doctor. He is the WORST doctor. You and your baby deserve better. After the trauma I went through at the hands of Dr. Lee I found Women’s Medical Group in Upland and they helped me through my next pregnancy. They were wonderful. When Dr. Daniel Channell left to start his own practice I followed him and am very happy with his care. But Dr. Easter and Dr. Rodrigues of Women’s Medical Group were also excellent.
ETA: In light of the receptionist’s review of this doctor’s office, I want to confirm that this is the Thomas Lee that I saw for my pregnancy and who I sued for malpractice. It was before the employee who wrote the review worked there. I have no doubt that Dr. Lee is as awful now as he was then. Google for yourself and see what other patients have to say. It’s not good.
