Real Vietnamese compared to my own experience in Vietnam. Real phở which is reasonably priced compared to other Vietnamese options on the area. Phở was great and other Vietnamese dishes were nice treat.

Look, I see some people giving this place some slack and coming from a person who lives less than a mile from this restaurant, I’ll nail out what is most important. *Parking is very limited, but you DON’T have to pay a parking meter for it. *The Phở is average here, but try #41 and thank me later. Keep in mind I’m a PHOnatic, so I’ve tried Phở in different parts of the country to compare and form my OPINION. *Overall, the people are really friendly – crowd is multi-cultural. It’s good comfort food, especially if you live nearby. *Never tried anything else on the menu to form a review about the menu. *Pick up available – no delivery.

Very very good phở with good broth that doesn’t have too much MSG. The pork chops were also very good. We dine there very often. Very consistent qualify!

Do yourself an easy favor and drive the 15 minutes into South Philadelphia for better Vietnamese phở, such as Phở 75, Phở Ha, or Phở Saigon. Pick one, just not this one.

The main reason I come here is their phở! They are so good and the price is perfect. I tried a lot of phở places and their phở tastes like water. But, this place’s phở broth has a deep taste and I love it.

Cheap, affordable Vietnamese sandwiches and blended ice drinks with boba. They use actual fruit for these drinks. Friendly service.

I mean, the food was fine. The well-done steak was a little too well done and it was more like brisket. My issue was how long it was to get a check, and no sign warning me about the $ 15 credit card limit. I was tempted to just leave because these people could care less that they’re working. Probably not coming back, but it was a nice Viet meal in the county at least.

I never feel like driving to Upper Darby only to do some grocery shopping at H Mart. But now the drive has 2 purposes! It was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon but thankfully we were seated immediately. We ordered crispy spring rolls(#2), a phở with brisket and flank(#48) and a mix of seafood, beef and pork sausage over vermicelli(#35). The phở was delicious, with lots of meat compared to other places I’ve been to. M said his vermicelli was delicious too. The spring rolls were ok but not an appetizer I would order again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking can be tricky but the lot across the road from H Mart is a good option.

Great price and great food! I got the banh mi and the vermicelli, I’ve had better banh mi and it could use a more substance but it was okay. The vermicelli was fresh and delicious and it was a nice stop after grocery shopping at H-Mart. Will be coming back next time I shop there!

Parking — Horrible! You have to pay meter. This isn’t the city. I should not have to pay for parking in the suburbs. Service — They were ok. Not much to say about asian service as they are mostly not present really. They gave me water, so I was happy about that. Hu Tieu Nam Vang — Way too much liver. I know every place puts different things in, but I was hoping I didn’t have to give half my meats to my wife. And she said the liver was too hard and didn’t taste right to her. Broth itself was fairly decent though. Price was also reasonable. Strawberry Smoothie with pearls — Skip this. The pearls tasted old and was just not good. The strawberry smoothie itself was also way sweet. Also, they charged close to $ 5! I don’t even pay that much in ChinaTown. Overall — Although price for food itself is fairly reasonable, I would rather save my money and go into Philly. Then, I could get a fresh smoothie for cheaper.

I have been on a quest for all things authentic and delicious in Philadelphia. While watching my favorite youtube channel, munchies, this place popped up. I am very glad it did. I am by no means a phở expert, I have it every few months or so. Given that, the phở I received here was fantastic, the broth was flavorful, the noodles and thin sliced beef were very good. They had all the essential condiments(chili oil, chili garlic sauce, hoisin, sriracha) as well as the fresh additions — basil, bean sprouts, lime. We also ordered the vermicelli with grilled pork. This I found to be absolutely outstanding. I have had this dish elsewhere, but the mix of ingredients they serve, specifically their preparation of the grilled pork made the meal. This is the dish that will bring me back. That pork tho… thin sliced, heavily salted and grilled semi-crisp. Add in sweet hoisin, the vinegar sweet chili sauce, spicy chili oil, sriracha, and lime — absolute killer dish — Sweet, salty, sour, savory. You will be mixing and meticulously nabbing all the bits that will result in the perfect bite. I love this dish… go buy it. The restaurant itself is your standard suburban asian restaurant with minor updates here and there. If you are not familiar with the area, it is very near 69th street terminal, and it is not the greatest of areas. I would recommend making this a day time option.

Stopped by this place after going to Hmart since they are only a few doors down. We got two orders of the BBQ pork sandwich/banh mi/hoagie Togo. The guy who took our order made the sandwiches in front of us which felt like an eternity since toasting the bread took forever. Ok maybe like 10 minutes but that’s a long time considering the bread wasn’t even toasted when we ate it! Still soft as it could be. The meat was tasty but there weren’t any butter or margarine on the bread like I’m used to from other Vietnamese restaurants. BUT what bothered me the most was the guy made the sandwich without washing his hands!!! Major eww. He didn’t even use gloves. Oh wait he did wash his fingers after putting the sandwich in the toaster oven but only with water for a second. He then played with his cellphone but didn’t wash again before taking the sandwiches out of the toaster oven. He touched the sandwiches again when wrapping it. He only touched the bread but still. Yes, we still ate it because we were hungry. Good thing we didn’t get sick though!

I enjoy coming here for some decent phở. The crispy spring rolls are really delicious as well. The phở does have varying degrees of broth quality. I came in here once and it was one of the best broths I’ve ever had and then another time I came and it was pretty bland, I guess it depends on the daily effort they want to put into the broth that day.

Good tasty phở, good value for money. Decent, attentive, timely, cordial service. Nice staff. Casual atmosphere. Clean, homey environment. Street parking usually a challenge. Great place to go when shopping at H-Mart a few doors away.

Best phở in this area of Philly. I would definitely recommend to fill any phở cravings you have while in the vicinity(not quite so amazing that I’d travel here from afar just for the phở). They also have good bubble tea! :)

I have worked in Upper Darby for almost seven years and have tried to get to this place on more than one occasion but the parking is terrible. Today I found a spot! Twenty five cents for the meter and enough time to sit down and enjoy. I ordered the number 43 Phở. The broth was excellent and not as salty as many other Phở places. Also had the number four summer roll. As always they are excellent. The service is kind and courteous and not in a hurry to get you to eat and run. My food was out before I could even put the menu away. It was hot and delicious. There is a $ 15 minuimum for card purchases so I had to order a Jack Fruit smoothie to up the bill. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Overall a great experience!

Ok after our 50th check in I guess it’s clear Becca and I love this place. The food here is consistently good, the service is fast, and the prices are great. That is why we keep coming back. A few servers have come and gone since we started coming here but all have be very good and also very friendly. Parking can be a problem at this shopping center but it’s worth fighting for a spot to go here. The only slightly negative thing I can say is twice we went here a little close to closing time and they were using a cleaner of some sort that had a very strong scent that made its way into the dining area, and wasn’t pleasant. Not a big deal and has only happened twice. Excellent phở, spring rolls, and hoagies here, now going for 100 check ins
