I’ve been here a couple times. Super friendly staff, comfortable environment, and the food was great. Great place for a coffee date or studying. **they also have drink punch cards. Buy 9 drinks, get the tenth for free**

Really super nice staff and loved the cortado. Nice quaint hang out spot. Really enjoyed the cortado. But I think the staff really were just too friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

I was only in the area for a few weeks, but they knew me by name by the third time I came in here. Everyone is so friendly and the food and drinks are wonderful.

Really love this place! They make various in-house bake goods which are delicious. Extremely friendly staff and if you become a regular they remember your name which adds to the awesome customer service. They also do a very nice lunch. New to their menu is a nice salad that you can add a lot of different toppings. If you are in the area its a must stop in…

I ordered an iced decaf coffee to go… it was okay. I wouldn’t make a special trip back to this place but if I’m ever in the area again I «may» stop in.

I stopped by Five Points café yesterday because I wanted a quick bite that wasn’t a fast food chain. I was so pleasantly surprised. I ordered an iced americano; the flavor was incredible. Espresso was rich and flavorful, nice and strong! For food I ordered the chicken salad, also so good. Chopped chicken, celery, grapes, not overly salted or overly ridden with mayo which I appreciate. Multigrain bread and lettuce were fresh. I added white cheddar that was also good. Basically I want to eat here everyday. A large iced espresso drink, large sandwich and chips for 8 bucks?! It’d be at least 12 at Starbucks and this was better :)

Cool coffee place with really nice décor. The café latte with English toffee that Christian made was fabulous!

My favorite place to be for great food, wonderful customer service, and genuine neighborhood folks. The house brew coffee is delicious along with their abundant selection of fresh baked pastries. However, my favorite will always be their chicken salad with any one of their soup selections. So blessed to have found this gem in Upper Darby.

I came inside here based off past reviews. The location of this place isn’t ideal however its not a deal breaker. I found parking around the corner, which wasn’t bad. I walked in and their were a few other customers inside. The gentlemen working behind the counter was professional and friendly and helped me pick out my order. I ordered a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee. The woman behind the counter(I think the owner) didn’t seem in the best of moods and just got a bad vibe from her but maybe she was having an off day. There is an upstairs but I didn’t venture upstairs to check it out. There was plenty of seating on the first floor for me to relax in. I would come here again for sure, I think they should put some music on in the background. I think that might help the place out a bit, but just a suggestion. The coffee tasted good but the oatmeal could’ve been a little bit bigger in portion. I enjoyed the taste and I believe he made it fresh which is a plus.

A little chilli but a wonderful coffee shop nonetheless. I love that the service was ready to explain the coffee options to me. The wait time is a little long if you order something to eat but that was fine for me. Keep in mind there’s only paid parking.

I really enjoyed my time there. I like their upstairs room with comfy cushy chairs, and electric outlets all throughout the room so you can charge your electronic devices without having to try to find a seat with one. What I really liked was that it’s so spacious, and not cluttered with tons of tables like most coffee places. It also doesn’t smell too strongly of coffee either. I like the smell of coffee, but when my clothes & hair smell like it for the rest of the day, it makes me a bit sick.(This is why I like this place better than Starbucks). The tea was great, their sandwich was good(I would have liked my bread toasted though… I should have asked if they could do that). If I lived closer, I would make this my permanent study location.

This establishment is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Amazing service, to include prompt recognition that I was waiting in line, quick turn around after I ordered and a smile. I enjoyed a toasted bagel which was fresh and a pumpkin spiced coffee which tasted great. The décor was relaxing and a great environment to hold short sit downs with clients on the move. Great job!!!

I like this place. Clean, warm and with a great staff. I could see myself coming all the way to Upper Darby just to enjoy myself here. The coffee I had tasted fresh and the baristas are helpful in guiding you to the right bean. Next time, I’ll sample the food and offer it.

THE best coffee in the Philadelphia region… family run. Baked goods are made in house and are delicious especially the chocolate croissants… free wi-fi. Service is the best that I’ve seen at a coffee shop. I spent a lot of time here studying but have also noticed this to be a place where small groups can come and casually meet up.

Five Points brings good coffee and CLASS to Upper Darby! Good coffee, excellent cappuccino(Steve and Joy make the best«dry cappuccinos» around) Also the coffee shakes and mocha lattes are to die for! Wonderful service and social atmosphere. The staff gets to know you and treats you like you’re an old friend. I also love their breakfast sandwiches, chicken salad, and grilled cheese(On multi-grain bread). If you like baked goods, Holly’s cookies and other goodies are delicious! I love the whole crew-Steve and Judy, Joy, Holly, Marilyn, and Christa

My new favorite coffee shop! The look and feel of the coffee shop is great! The moroccan touch and artwork give this place a fresh and international feel. I got the cappuccino, which was delicious, chocolate and blackberry undertones mmmmm. I just bit into the baklava whilst writing this review. It is really good. Oh yes, they have free Wifi! I can see my self getting a lot of work and community accomplished here. Upstairs there is a flatscreen TV and some couches, and I hear that soccer gatherings will be a staple especially as countries are qualifying ahead of the 2013 World Cup. I will be coming back here regularly!
