Terrible service, I guess everybody here is a moron and cannot read an order correctly. Every time I order from here they mix up the order or totally leave things out completely. I understand every once in a while mixing something up nobody’s perfect, myself included, but it seems to be 9 out of 10 times I order and I spend at least $ 20 every time I order.

Can’t get anything right. Ordered delivery three separate times, the first two times the order was wrong after waiting for 2 hours. The last time, and it is the last time, they were out of a topping for one of the pizzas and decided to cancel the entire order without notifying me. Store manager was also exceptionally rude when I called and tried to blame me!

I ordered at 9:50 pm, the confirmation said it would be here at 10:20. I called @ 10:30 and they said that my pizza was just coming out of the oven. Finally received it an hour later

Just wrote review before that disappeared. .Seemed to be deleted. Wasnt a bad one. LOVE Pizza Hut& have for decades! As far as the «hot dog» crust-​well, that was GREAT –HOWEVER — the REST of pizza was very dry — not what I’m used to here. Had a pepperoni pizza w/​hot dog crust. As I said, hot dog part was SO good! But the pizza itself was VERY dry. Because this is new, I’m sure that Pizza Hut will be able to improve it. After all, it’s new & people have to learn how to incorporate the old to the new, & when they do, I’m sure that this will be one fantastic pizza! I will order again. Sorry I could only give 2. (so far)

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced from any restaurant/​chain/​etc. I waited for more than an hour and a half for a 20 dollar pizza box, the food was cold and I received no sympathy or compensation from the employees or management, after being kind and understanding the whole time… I ordered on a Tuesday night, and I think that’s the best part. I would understand if it were a weekend, or during the damn super bowl. But a Tuesday night? I will never order from here, or any other Pizza Hut ever again.

We placed our order 2 hours ago. We called twice. They said it was on the way. Obviously it wasn’t. We cancelled our order. Next time we know to pick up or order elsewhere.

Wow — the people working here are so nice and friendly — something I’m not used to after living in South Philadelphia for so many years. It really caught me by surprise when they called out to me as I was walking out the door — just to say — have a nice evening.
Oh — and it’s clean in there as well.
Bye bye the mess that is Passyunk West!
