My coworker and I were on our way to Fort Bragg/Jackson Demonstration Forest on a work trip. We stopped at Williams for lunch but forgot to get coffee. There is absolutely no coffee places until you hit this gem of a place in Clear Lake. You have been warned.
Double D’s coffee saved our lives. I’m partial to Dutch Bros but walked in here and saw they had a great selection of fraps, coffee & mochas… Oh and flavored Red Bulls too. Immediately I fell in love.
This was a nice little place to see with an old town feel. BTW Google Maps will take you behind the shop near a carpet business. This shop is where all the old towney shops are. Definitely a must stop if you need coffee on your way to Fort Bragg from Sacramento.

YES! Good espresso on the west side of the lake. Finally.
Solid shots, quick friendly folks, great small town vibe without compromise in quality. Yummy baked goods.
Travelers… Roll down Main Street in upper lake a block to get the good stuff. Your trip will be better for it!
Before I went here, my sister cautioned me that ²⁄₃ of the baristas pull good shots. All 3 trips I’ve gotten a good barista.
The local folks hanging out front all of the time are pretty hilarious.
Not much «chill here» space & no wi fi.
