Kettering Cleaners

Do not use this cleaners. My family and I have been exclusively using Kettering Cleaners for over twenty years for personal cleaning and our church needs. Recently I had a very expensive blouse cleaned there. When I went to go out my blouse on for the first time I noticed horrible bubbles in the fabric and ripping. It looked like heat damage. So I take the blouse back to Kettering Cleaners and they tell me I’m lying about getting the blouse cleaned there. They tell me I must have taken it somewhere else. Then to make matters worse they tell my they don’t press silk blouses where the damage occurred so they aren’t responsible. Really? And they didn’t offer a refund. Save yourself the headache and don’t use them
