Kettering Liquors & Cheese Shoppe

This place is perfect for a beer run. It has a decent selection of craft beer, like Heavy Seas and Flying Dog.

This store has a very nice selection of liquors but never any cheese. If you really are in need of cheese please visit the Wegman’s 5 minutes away. The prices are reasonable. This store also has 2 of the coolest cats I have ever seen.

This liquor store has the midas touch when it comes to winning scratch offs and lottery tickets.

I don’t live in Largo, but my best co-​worker friend does, and I wanted a draaaank. So she drove a carload of alcohol-​thirsty federal employees to Kettering Liquors. They have cheese here? Really? I didn’t notice.
I was surprised to find Snap Dragon wines here for a reasonable price (3 stars automatically), which I purchased even though I wanted some beer. I was a little disappointed in the beer prices, they seemed about $ 1-​$ 2 more than my local liquor store (still can’t get over that I have to got to a liquor store to buy beer… stupid MD). The beer selection wasn’t that great, either. Just the usual fare and some Flying Dog.
As I was walking out of the door, I got really excited because lo and behold, they had cats. CATS! The people working there were friendly and were helpful (1 extra star for charm).
Much nicer than the usual Maryland liquor store! I will go again when I need some booze while in the neighborhood.
