Sprint Store

What on earth are the previous reviewer’s talking about this is the best sprint store in PG County I have been to quite a few and this is the best I’ve never had any problems that is always overly friendly and willing to help sure if there are a lot of people you are going to have to wait I mean it’s a phone store after all just be patient relax go watch a movie while they fix your phone and everything will be fine

This place has NO customer service! I was there on a Sunday for 3 hours trying to have a broken phone repaired. They were unable to fix my phone and told me my only option was to have a replacement shipped to them which would arrive Tuesday afternoon. I arrived at the store right before the techs closed at 6pm on Tuesday (I was never told that the tech dept did not have the same hours as the store at any time on Sunday or when I chatted with Sprint tech support online Saturday) anyway, the technician that was there was polite and was willing to stay and process my replacement even though I was technically late, but was unable to because the phone was not there!
I was told I would need to just try back the next day. At this point I was without a phone for 4 days and I use my phone for work so that is unacceptable. I tried to call on Wednesday so I didnt have to waste any more time rushing to the store (which is not close to me or my job) and the phone wasn’t answered after 5 attempts. I called the customer service line to see if they could at least let me know if my replacement phone arrived, but they didn’t know and told me that I should just keep calling the store.
I have been wanting to switch from Sprint for some time now and thanks to this store I am now more motivated than ever!!!

Customer service is horrible. Customers should be greeted upon entry. There shouldn’t be 3 staff members talking in the back of the store without saying «Hello, I will be with you in a few moments». Poor customer service,. I will never shop at The Boulvard.

The customer service is lacking here. Was here on a Saturday afternoon. No one to greet us, no signs…
The assistant manager guy was walking around not greet or assuring those of us who we’re waiting 30 plus minutes that we would be token care of soon. Sigh you disappoint sir…
