I’ve been coming here for about six months now and throughly enjoy each class. You really can get results here if you stick to the meal plan and come to at least one class five times a week. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen much results because I’m disobedient and continue to eat whatever. I’m getting my life together so I expect to see some results in the coming months.

For the price I paid for a month, I was expecting more individualized attention. The weigh-ins went from being individual weigh-ins with some privacy to being done in a group. Kevin put us into teams where we had meetings with other women that didn’t necessarily work for our schedule outside of normal class timings. I was expecting professional advice with health and nutrition, not advice from other women also going to the classes who weren’t as healthy as I was. The only time you get professional advice individually for nutrition is when you first sign up. Strong Results is fine for people who don’t know anything about exercise and need an emotional support group, but for someone with previous health, nutrition and performance knowledge, Strong Results is not for you.

It can’t get any better than this. I started with Kevin(owner of SR) a little over a year ago and I really didn’t know what to expect. I have 2 aunts and 3 girlfriends that go to him and they used to rave about the classes plus I was witnessing their RESULTS! I signed up online. Everyone will receive a free week of classes to ensure it’s a right fit before you make the dedication.(3 or 6 month offers) For my first week I thought it is a bit advanced BUT do not let this scare you. Kevin and his assistant trainer Tarita really do encourage you to know your body and do what you can not what you see others do. There is so much motivation around you — I refused to give up. My goal was to get through a class without looking like I needed a stretcher! I finally succeeded and I love my results. I’m more toned without losing my curves. They are definetly enhanced. I have endurance out of the whoooza! Catch-up! You exercise to Kevin’s playlist on his Ipod pumped in through loud speakers and I promise you — you will be asking for the playlist at the end of class to work out at home to. His selections are always on point and go with the exercise. Other tidbits – NOMEN allowed. Kevin is the only man in the room. He is certainly very easy on the eyes — an understatement — that’s a definite bonus. ;-) Watch for the claws because they do come out!

I am a faithful member at this GRAND establishment. The instructors are Kevin Strong and Tarita. They are absolutely fantastic at both instructing and motivating, but you must know that they’ll give you ALL the tools but it’s up to you YOU(us) to implement them. This place is only for LADIES — sorry gents — uh uh(shaking head NO). Classes are held EVERYDAY of the week excluding Fridays. They are in the evenings on the weekdays(at 7 pm OR8 pm) and there is only 1 class on Thursday(sometimes there’s a bonus abs class). On Saturday there is only 1 class as well, but on Sunday there are 2. Run(or jog), but don’t walk(of course unless you have knee issues) to this establishment… you’ll love it, the instructors and the ladies! Check them out, you WON’T be dissapointed. (you can even get 1 week free). I love freebies and I KNOW you do as well.
