I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 1 ½ years. My family moved last Saturday from Upper Marlboro, MD to Bowie, MD. I decided to move my Verizon service… Worst Decision Ever!!! Customer Service on the phone was great… I was informed to take my equipment to v store and swap for new equipment and do a «easy self install»… Well it wasn’t easy. My store rep Nick was hum drum and his customer service skills were lackluster… But I forged on and took my new equipment home and after hours of equipment failing to install… the tech support automated voice told me to go to …I thought gee if we had internet café connection I could. So o take boxes back to Nick and he says can’t assign tech… and proceeded to ask me in disbelief.” You don’t know how to hook up a box” Really??? If I did I would work for Verizon Nick! So I ask for instructions… again…I go and try install. Failed! This time a I have a number to call tech. Tech tells me house needs a tech to come out. Tech can’t come til Sunday now did I mention this s is Wednesday… so I was like no… and after speaking to customer service I decided to cancel… well Verizon decided to send us an estimated 2 day bill for $ 10.REALLY???

I’ve been to this location only twice. You come here usually only when there is a problem. At 430 on a Wednesday I was only 2nd in line. the previous time was the same but, while I waited, the line got very long. Since I’ve never experience the line, my experiment reagents is great. I’ve literally been in and out in 5 minutes on two occasions with very fast service very few questions and they just take care of you and keep you moving. Pretty much what you should expect from any customer service counter. So like Chris Rock said, you get 5 stars for doing what you supposed to do.

I visited the Verizon Store at Trade Zone today and have been trying for three months to get my retired employee discount and Mr. Elton Hall was very helpful in getting me started and went out of his way to help me. I really appreciated his help and concern and professionalism. We need more people like him in the workforce. I’m doing this for my mom. ~Ms. PA Knox

Here to service all of your Verizon FIOS needs. I stopped in to drop off equipment I’ve had and failed to use over a year! The customer service reps were friendly, fast, took the equipment off my account, and gave me a receipt. They also have a payment kiosk for the dinosaurs who don’t pay their bills automatically, online, or through the app :) No Verizon wireless support available at this location. Also, the restroom was clean despite the boxes of equipment stored in there.
