I am very disappointed in this visit … my appointment was scheduled at 6:30pm I purposely came in extra early (5:30ish) to ensure my daughter would get seen at 6:30, We were not seen till 7:05. The 6 and 6:15 appointment (mother and son) did not arrive until after 610, they were late. Even though we had been there since 530 they would not take us.
They tried to be «extra» friendly because they realized how upset I was. The Dr. then tried to say that she got a little behind, I explained that appointments are scheduled for a reason. My daughter did receive an adequate eye exam, but by 7:45 I was in no mood to appreciate the Dr’s fake friendly comments.
No courtesy or proper customer service was shown during this appointment. I suggest to go elsewhere if you need prompt attention and would like to be seen at the proper appointment time. The best thing about Weinstein is their location… even though its close to home, I will travel out of Upper Marlboro to a new practice before returning.
I will not be returning.
