This was my first trail race/run ever, and while I only participated in the 5k, it was a wonderfully organized event, in a beautiful park, complete with a generous amount of mud from the previous night’s rains. I’ll come back to write more, but this was a great race that I hope to run again sometime soon — and propel me into trying to run the trails — running noob that I am. Great people, great organizers, great swag, and great food at the end!
