Traveling through, stopped for breakfast. The portions are huge. The corned beef hash was very good, with pulled corned beef(the real deal). If you like local restaurants, this is it.

Went to this restaurant twice while in the area for work. First time got the smothered chicken which turned out to be nothing special. However, next time got the corned beef hash and potatoes. Portion size was great and tasted much better than the chicken. From my experience and others in my group, I get the feeling that ordering breakfast food is the better option vs lunch food.

I had breakfast around 7:30AM on 20 June. I had decided to get off US30 to see if I could locate a mom-and-pop sort of place in Upper Sandusky. Near the court house, I found the Corner Inn. I sat the counter and had very fast, friendly service; the waitress could tell I wasn’t from around there, but her attitude was the opposite of hostile — she asked where I was from and where I was going and commented about the rainy weather of recent. My order was the chicken fried steak, which was spot on and very inexpensive for the amount of food received. Highly recommended, and I plan to make it part of my routine to stop there when passing through.

Great breakfast. This place is a gem. Delicious eggs. Home made for beef hash and coffee is good– which is just lovely. Place is a good size and clean. If you are hungry there is a breakfast buffet and the prices are just great! Service was very sweet and attentive. Oh right and most importantly the bacon was delicious and not cheap flat. Skip those fast good chains and eat here!

We were looking for a ‘mom & pop’ restaurant on our way to Columbus, and we lucked out! Yummy, hot food, super friendly staff, fast service, good coffee, reasonably priced. I orderd the 2-egg mess ~~scrambled with chopped onions, green peppers and, shrooms, and hash browns, all together in a warm and melty hug of cheddar deliciousness. Portions are big IMHO, I only ate 1⁄3. The hubz, Fred, had a sausage ‘n cheese omelet, hash browns & an english muffin. We bought a Corner Inn t-shirt for $ 12, too!
