Craftech

I contacted Craftech after the sewer line backed up into my basement. They were extremely helpful & responsive. Showed up within two hours & completely cleaned & sanitized the area & removed contaminated items. Very accommodating & helpful with the entire process. Highly recommend them!

Our catastrophe started with the refrigerator leaking a little water and we called a local appliance company to help fix it. They misdiagnosed the issue and the leak led to massive damage to our tile, water crept into the carpet in the next room and also the basement of our house. I called our insurance company and the first line of defense in a situation like this is to call a Restoration company like Craftech Restoration. The guys at Craftech came in, assessed the damage and got to work right away. From start to finish these guys were professionals, from the office manager fielding the initial call, all the way to the technicians that came in to prevent mold from forming in our house. Every employee treated us with respect and communicated with us on how to go about dealing with an issue of this magnitude. I cant thank this company enough for taking care of us in such a stressful time. I will not hesitate to recommend Tom Smart, and his company Craftech Restoration, to anyone that faces a similar issue. Thanks for restoring my faith in the theory «Putting the customer first». We had the Craftech team in this winter after we had severe water damage in several rooms of our house. I was extremely pleased with their work. They came promptly, kept informed every step of the way, and managed all communications with the insurance company. They had to do quite a bit of demolition and did it about as neatly as possible. I hope Imam fortunate enough not to need them again soon, but they would be the first call I would make in a similar situation.
