I found Health and Harmony Massage about a year ago on the Internet and it’s been a life saver. Megan and I have been working with deep tissue massages for chronic neck and back pain and I always walk out feeling wonderful. I’m a regular client now.
The salon is clean and the rooms are very soothing. Whether your looking for a long term therapist or a one time massage, Health and Harmony with customize your visit to meet your expectations.

I see Jaymie every two weeks for deep tissue massage or de-​stressing. She is absolutely wonderful and helps relieve all the tension I carry in my body. It has been a huge help with tension, anxiety, and has really improved my wellbeing. On Thursdays, for the time being, she has a $ 10 off deal! I recommend the aromatherapy option with Olbas oil.

I have never had a better massage than I’ve had here. I have some issues with some tight tendons, and they are always much better after a massage there. Laura trains her staff well.
