I purchased my macbook pro two weeks ago here. While I was there, the manager was yelling at an employee who was trying to help a customer and making frustrated faces at him. Four days later I open my laptop’s screen and the LCD cracks. I bring it into the IU tech zone in hopes of an exchange, seeing as the computer was so new and I had purchased apple care for it. The same woman approaches me, grabs the computer from me and points out invisible«Dents and scratches on all four corners of the computer». There is no damage on the laptop, I explained to her that I had never dropped the computer and that the malfunction occurred when I simply lifted the lid of the laptop. She rolled her eyes, spoke to me in a very rude tone of voice from the beginning. I told her not to yell at me and that I wanted to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor came out and did not address her inappropriate behavior, and only said that he could not help me and to contact apple directly. The customer relations in this business are terrible. The fact that they hide their negative Unilocal reviews really drives the point home!
