I came in while the store was relatively quiet and was able to get helped right away. I was greeted by friendly Sprint employees who efficiently took care of all the things I needed. I was afraid getting a new phone and activating it would take 2 hours or so, but I think I was only there for 45 minutes! Matt was extremely nice and knowledgeable, providing helpful hints about my plan and my phone throughout the entire experience. He really deserves a raise or a promotion or kudos or something! These guys made my whole week, as I had lost my phone over the weekend and they had me back in action and connected with the real world again in no time!
