Three King came out as the technician for the home warranty I negotiated for while buying a house after the first guy wouldn’t come out. I had heard horror stories about home warranties, but the seller paid for it so if it didn’t pan out I wasn’t out anything. My furnace went out on New Years Eve, 2015. I was told by my warranty company they’d send someone. After waiting I called the technician, and he said he wouldn’t be able to see me until Monday, four days away. I called and asked for another technician that could see me in a timely manner. Three King made it out there that night after being assigned my claim. After diagnosing the problem, Tim the technician told me he would acquire the part and install it as soon as the parts supplier was open. He was there the morning on the first business day he could get the part, and installed it promptly. Now my furnace works. Three King put in the effort when another company was too lazy. If you want someone that actually wants to work and fix something, give Three King a call. He came all the way from Urbana, about a 45 minute drive, too.

Was able to arrive the same day I called and gave me a fair quote. Replaced capacitor on my unit and had me up and running again in less than an hour. Was my first experience with AC issues and thankfully Tim was able to make it headache free.
