Pizza Hut

VERY rude staff and it took almost 1 hour for a single topping medium pizza! I even had to call them back because he didn’t ask for my room number at the hotel. He made a smart-​ass remark that I should have given it to him the first time.

This place is filthy. We come by for an early lunch and could tell it wasn’t cleaned from the day before (perhaps the month before). We were the only patrons in a large restaurant for lunch at 11:45am on a Saturday — yet they don’t offer «dine-​in» specials when clearly they have a shortage of such customers. The waitress looked un-​showered and was not very happy to see us. Let me just say the only reason we even came was for my son to use his Book-​It certificate from school. I don’t care about saving $ 4 for a personal pan pizza but it’s important to him! I know Pizza Hut isn’t a high-​end restaurant but I still expect a clean and friendly experience no matter where I’m out to eat. From now on I’m going to double down and offer to buy out the certificate from my son for twice the price of the free pizza in CASH to avoid this horrendous experience.

Ordered a pizza at 5PM online, to be delivered at 7PM. Came an hour late without nay notification. Instead of giving me a bottle of water, I got sticky bottle of diet Mt. dew. Awful.
Their new customized pizza options do nothing to help them out.

I ordered from my local pizza hut using the website as I always have. I placed my order and it said my pizza would arrive @ 8:56 PM. By 9:20 I was starting to get a littly antsy as I was very hungry at this point. I understand they are busy and may be something came up so I don’t like to be «that» customer who calls in constantly wondering where the pizza is. I finally decided to call the restaurant and was informed they ran out of dough for the pan pizza I ordered. She advised my purchase had been voided and nothing was charged to my card. She apologized and told me someone should’ve called me about my order? Where was this call supposed to come from? I was not provided with any other options. Apparently PIZZA HUT WAS OUT OF PIZZA! Wow. I have not ordered from Pizza Hut for some time but I wanted to give them another chance and they blew it. Of course this is on Unilocal also as I am in the customer service business and know what it takes to provide that great experience. If a representative cares to reach out to me for more details then I’d gladly provide more feedback. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible!
I HATE sauce! When we order pizza we always tell them light sauce, never had a problem at the other Pizza Hut locations.
One pizza had extra sauce to the point of it «bleeding» onto the box. There was so much no one else in our group could eat it. Called management and they didn’t care and refused to fix the pizza. So it had to be thrown away. This problem could have easily been fixed, mistakes happen. Management being rude and unwilling to fix an issue is a deal breaker. We won’t be returning to this location again.

The buffet at this location was pathetic. I was there approximately 25 minutes and all of one pizza was brought out during this time. There was never more than three of four different kinds (all rather old by the time I left) available. Nothing else was refilled and I left hungry.
The service was nothing to write home about either – my plates were never cleared nor was my drink refilled. The lady working the dining room and the cash register did not have much interest in serving guests. Nor did I see a manager on duty visible to speak with regarding my experience. I should have driven the extra mile and gone to Pizza Ranch up the road. The table tent advertising the buffet promises «Pizza, salad, pasta, dessert, and more». I’m not sure what the «more» is – there was nothing besides the items listed above and barely any of that. Avoid.
Update: I contacted their corporate office regarding my experience and they said someone from the local management team would contact me regarding my experience. That letter was sent a week ago and nothing has happened.

Fast and very friendly. I’d recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to cook and wants fast delivery.

Ifyou’re going to stop here for a meal, the best time to do it is over lunch for the buffet. The wait staff is quick to get you seated and take drink orders, which is nice if you’re on a short lunch.
The store is clean and well kept, though the buildong is somewhat small. The buffet area isn’t gigantic, but that just means quicker turnover for the pizza you want.
This location also runs a punch card program for their buffet where your 9^th meal is free. Go with a friend and fill out one card twice as fast.
My favorite part is the endless supply of fresh breadsticks and marinara sauce.
