NEVER USE THIS SHOP! Incompetent, rude, abusive! Dennis the manager is an arrogant jerk! I had an insurance claim recently and he took two months to repair my car when he originally promised it in less than 3 weeks. He and his shop never did simple diagnostics so kept missing important repairs. My car had to go back three times. He never called to give me promised weekly updates. He hung up on me when I asked him to do his job. He refused to deliver my vehicle when it was complete (a service the insurance required), stating I was «out of the delivery radius». This was a blatant lie because both my home and my work were well within the 25 mile radius. My guess is he thought I was black (I live in Detroit and work in Southfield) and he is an ignorant racist, misogynist. Autometric is supposedly «the best» in metro Detroit — NOT this location!
