Great place. Well organized store, so everything is easy to find, but the employees are always willing to help even if you can’t find it on your own. Very reasonable prices, and this is the ONLY store of it’s kind that I have been to that had EVERYTHING I need and could think of. This is my one stop shop.

Excellent customer service. They really have great knowledge about all their products and helped me save money on top of all that! They are so friendly and helpful with tons of advice on how to make the best use of the products I got. They are so helpful they even loaded my truck with everything so i did not even lift a finger!
I would only shop here for two main reasons: 1. Great selection of so many items. 2. They are so friendly and helpful and honest. The key to this kind of business is honesty and they are so true to their word.
Prices are perfect to on every item. I loved my experience here and it’s my new go to shop. Thank you.

Worst costumer service. I even tried to speak to the owner/​manager with no better results I wouldn’t go to any of the locations again. I will drive an extra 10mins just not to go to hdro pros again. Wonder why there are so many bad reviews As far as them being «very busy» every time I was there I was the only one in the store lol. I NEVER received a discount on any of the things I purchased at that hell hole. Prices are super high and there is NOWAY the prices are Msrp. The place wouldn’t have so many bad reviews if it was as great as you claim buddy. I can’t wait to see that store front CLOSED. beware of this place or u will be writing the next review

These guys are no pressure, always stocked up on the latest fertilizers and extra potions to make your plants super lush. Great service and incredible prices!

High prices, bad service, no refunds or discounts, I only use this place when absolutely desperate. Totally worth going to another hydro store even if is 30 min away
