Original Hagopian

I had these guys come out to clean my complete home. They did an awesome job. I have used these folks for 15 years. Always happy.

My mom’s used Hagopian before, and we both were pleased with the results. They came out to her house the week I moved home from Arizona to clean the carpets before I moved in, and were done by the time I got there. The purple truck comes, the guys do their thing, and everything turns out awesome.
For the first time I had to take two of her rugs in. I initially was going to go to the Birmingham location, but after speaking with them on the phone, I realized that I didn’t care for the staff there, so I went to the Utica location instead. I’m sure glad I did!
I came here two weeks ago to drop off the rugs. They have a 2 for 1 cleaning deal for $ 99. Because our rugs were slightly different then the norm, the guy quoted me $ 159. I told him that if it was going to be that much, I would pass. He would cut me a deal and do the $ 99 for both. He also waived the 50% deposit up front which was super nice of him.
One of the rugs was completed on Wednesday, but the other one didn’t come in until Friday, so I went back this morning to pick them up. The rugs look great, I was in and out in no time, and overall I’m really pleased with this location. I will gladly come here again as we need two additional rugs cleaned as well!
