White Castle

It seems that the cashier had just been trained because the entire order was wrong. The staff was so unsure of how to respond to questions from the cashier, it was a circus of trying to keep the drive thru window working — not the 12 people standing in line.
Food was good, but was 80% incorrect. When I tried to speak about correcting my order, they weren’t having it — too distracted keeping up with other things…

Great service and very friendly crew last night when I went in to get 2 crave cases for baseball practice. They were working hard and kept the lines moving at a good pace. Refreshing for a fast food restaurant.

It’s White Castle. The hit the slider craving spot. Service was friendly, and quick. Sliders, hit the spot, and the overall appearance is clean and inviting. I will be back.

Lazy customer service … This guy gives white castle a bad name… All you have to do is take an order behind a counter

I never would have found this location without the Unilocal app, yet, it was nearly right across the street from where I was conducting business.
White Castle (or Whitey Castelly’s for those who are fond of nicknames) is a regional chain of slider hamburgers. Their range isn’t national, but their reputation continues to grow as Midwesterners travel and compare a White Castle to other fast food offerings throughout North America.
I visited the drive-​thru at this store. My order was taken, and I forgot to ask for ‘everything’ on my jalapeño cheeseburgers, with fries and a Coke. While most chain-​burger places ask if you want everything on your burgers, or just assume you do, White Castle customers don’t seem to enjoy that same consideration.
The burgers were fantastic, even without mustard and ketchup. I would like to say that I carefully selected each one and savored the taste as I dined on the highway, but that would be a lie. Rather, I devoured them like a ravenous dog, their empty little burger cardboard containers flying about my car as I reached inside the iconic sack for delicious french fries to compliment and complete the perfect fast food meal.
The Coke was the only thing that accompanied me on my journey home, the rest of my order having succumbed to my primal instincts of survival.
Maybe I can post pictures of my meal next time I visit. But it hasn’t happened so far, so I doubt it.

First when I pulled into the drive-​threw the guy on the speaker just says, «go ahead man»! Thought that was a little unprofessional but whatever I just wanted to order and eat! I was craving these lil suckers the whole week. Ordered a case of cheeseburgers
So I get home got comfortable, put on some cable and was ready to eat. Smashed the first one in 2 bites. Couldn’t wait to eat the next… until…I found a long piece of nappy hair wrapped around my burger! Enough said! I will never eat White Castle ever again even if the owner himself cooked them for me!

Oh god. So dangerous. So good. Soooo painful.

The burger with everything was great!

Being from Florida we don’t have White Castles. So when visiting Michigan we had to swing by. I love the slider concept. You get to try lots of little bites without committing to a whole sandwich. Of course, most of the slider is bread, but it still tastes good! My fave was the bacon cheeseburger. We tried an assortment of sides– fries, onions, cheesesticks. None of which were really outstanding. I can see why people crave this stuff though, especially after a night of drinking! I must say that within a few hours my stomach was not so happy with me. White Castle would def be a once-​in-​a-​while kind of place!

The burgers were cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of onion, catsup and mustard. I get them «with pickles» of course. The fries were hot and excellant. I CRAVE the Castle.
