While the lodge itself was not bad it was not nearly 5 star accommodations and many of the promised amenities were not working (to which he said there was enough other stuff we didn’t need them) but most DISTURBING was how the owner would just walk in on us. He would walk through the house, show up in the hallway, enter during meal times and early mornings while people were getting dressed. CREEPY. The pool was very murky and had green slime in many places, when we asked him to clean it he told us it was clean enough. The hot tub did not work. The bunk beds were awful and very noisy as they were on metal wire not wooden supports. Place has potential if owner would deliver on his promises and not try to micromanage your vacation.
