Hideaway Pizza

I had initially given them a five star review but after my last two experiences there it’s far from it. They hung up on my after being on hold for forever twice, totally screwed up my order and then over charged my debit card by $ 30 but I didn’t make a big stink about it & they gave me credit toward another time, then I called to use my credit toward another meal (which why wouldn’t they just give me my money back!?) they screwed up that order too and none of the wings had sauce on them. I called and was told they would send a delivery guy to bring us a cup of sauce (which would take how long? My wings would be cold and who wants to sit and wait on sauce with wings sitting there) I got No apologies she seemed like she was aggravated at me. Last time I checked I was overcharged, my order was wrong, you didn’t give me money back so I use my credit and THAT food was wrong only to be compensated by an annoyed tone and a cup of buffalo sauce to be delivered in a half hour? Sorry just not how to do business I think lumberjack pizza blows hideaway out of the water anyways. Won’t order from them ever again!

A true hidden jewel. It has everything in a pizza place you could want and then some. The people that work here are always friendly and even though they are busy, they still find time to talk to you. Chicken stir fry sub is a must
