I purchased an item online, and couldn’t be more satisfied. Shipping and customer service were both great. Susan assisted me and promptly provided me with a tracking number. Purchasing through the square website was a new experience for me, but was painless. 5 stars all around for Ribbons, thank you again for your outstanding customer service.

Ribbons is a wonderful gift shop. It’s a small shop, which makes it a much more personalized feel when you visit Susan to find the perfect gift. Susan is very helpful and very friendly. She has a wide variety from cards, candles and jewelry!

Susan, the owner, is fantastic… helpful, friendly (i asked to purchase over the phone one day b/​c i didn’t want to miss out on a special she was having… no problem!) she carries amazing jewelry, different, unique… it’s clean, and easy to park & shop… LOVE…
