I went with my 2 kids to their open play time.
The facility was dirty. Mats looked like they have never been wiped down, caked with a layer of dirt. The tumble track was broken and off limits.
The staff were not friendly, unprepared, unprofessional, bored and not able to handle crowd control.
Parents and staff were not watching the kids to make sure everyone was playing safe.
kids were out of control, a lot of rough housing, hitting, breaking the safety rules.
actually unsafe for my 2,3 yo to play in the same room with the other kids, which is normally not a problem at other play gyms.
Their web site is not user friendly and out dated.
It is impossible to contact someone to ask a question and get a response in a timely manner.
Do not go here.
