This company is the worst excuse for a business I have ever encountered in my life.
I had two terrible experiences with them through AAA.
The first one was when I called because I had a flat tire and two young men showed up with bad attitudes and smoking the whole time. I watched them both struggle to get the lug nuts off my rim and witnessed one of them drive a hammer in to my rim while trying to help the nut off with a chisel. They dented my nice rim all up and when I filed a report with AAA the company denied any wrong doing.
The second time was four years later my friend called about her car because it was out of gas. Unfortunately the same company showed up and the guy put two gallons of gas in the car and told my friend it would be ten dollars cash. My friend gave him the cash and them when the car did not start he said that it was because the car was on a steep driveway and the gas in the tank was away from the fuel pump. He then suggested that my friend have me come out and use my pickup truck to tow her car on to a flat surface buy dragging it with a rope. She then said, «you have a tow truck» he said he could tow it but that she would need to call AAA again. She agreed and then he said, «never mind, I’ll just do it for you» supposedly he called AAA and it was all set. He pulled her car on to level ground and then he demanded she pay him $ 30.00 cash! She refused because AAA should take care of it. When she would not budge and give him the money he finally said,“fine forget it!” And he sped off. What a sham.

My car broke down completely in a neighboring town, and I called AAA to get a town. For some reason, AAA sent this company and told them I needed my battery jumped, but thats more AAAs fault. Vanderzicht Towing unfortunately does not tow to the town I needed it towed, but instead of just leaving me stranded they towed my car anyway. I was really pleased that they were not only kind and courteous, but that they went the extra mile to help me out. Great company!
