CUSTOMERSERVICE, like back in the day. I have been searching for someone to help me with my home Audio-Visual system(television, DVR, remote programming, turners, Sonos, etc.) upgrades, reprogramming and reconfigurations. A friend recommended Alarmtech. At first I wasn’t sure, an alarm company? But I did need to upgrade my alarm system so I made the appointment to get a quote on both. The representative who came for my appointment was knowledgeable, aware of current trends and changes, knew my equipment, understood what I wanted and was willing to make recommendations on how to accomplish my desired result. He didn’t quote me prices on the most expensive hardware, but rather what would work for me. He didn’t tell me I need to scrap everything and start over. I’d heard that from another. I hired them to update my alarm system and to install AV hardware which required reprogramming my remotes. The installer arrived on time, was very polite, did clean work & was very thorough. The office staff is very polite and helpful. But what really sets this company apart for me is the AFTERSALE service. Last week, I had a problem with the DVR in my vacation rental responding to my remote. I was in a panic, because I had guests arriving in a couple of days. I sent a text to my contact and he helped me with the solution. Texting back steps to correct the problem. It worked! The next day my modem & router went out in the house, yeah I couldn’t believe it either. I had no idea what to do. I called the internet provider, AT&T, and as you can imagine they were no help. The tech only wanted to upgrade my service and pass me off to sales. But when I asked my Alarmtech rep who I could call, he not only recommended Switzer Enterprises but called for me and explained my dilemma. I am sure that call paved the way for someone to come out that day and fix it all. I highly recommend Alarmtech. Not just for the product, but for the SERVICE.
