Amazing customer service. Really friendly guy, really knowledgeable. Really knows his craft and is super hard working. If you want a great service at a great price, look no further.
As for «Bill H’s» concern, many businesses are «aware» that Unilocal exists, but not necessarily that a page has been prepared for them sometimes. Judging by how vindictive and angry, and impossible to please that person is, I believe that’s something they don’t quite understand.
This company does great work and I would not hesitate to hire them again!
On a side note– there are legal teams out there that have been pretty successful with litigation against «phony Unilocal reviews». I. e– if someone doesn’t have a receipt and is claiming to have gotten a service, they can’t actually slander your company. Worth considering in Bill H’s case. I’ve forwarded the same information to all of the other places he has trolled.

Jim is amazing and has serviced my home for over 7 years. He does a great job and if an issue arises between visits he is prompt to resolve it. I recommend Bradford Pest to everyone I know.

I had an excellent experience with Bradford Pest Control. They were sent out by Solar City to clean up and provide abatement for the pigeon issue I was having. Jim and his team were very professional and took care of my issue. My gutters were so dirty from the birds that they had to have a gutter company come out to clean. After a couple of different companies that was unable to do the work (because of the second story), Jim was very diligent in getting someone out there. His communication to me was second to none. He even offered to clean it himself if needed since he knew I was having a backyard party that weekend. Fortunately, he found a company to do it. Thanks Jim for your help.

I would recommend this company to all my friends. When I first called I got someone else and he said that I needed to contact Jim Bradford and gave me his number 916−517−9177. I guess the number listed on Unilocal use to an employee but he since left. When I called I left a message and had my call returned right away 5 – 10 mins tops. I felt bad because I think I asked Jim every question under the sun. I told him that we’re having trouble with pigeons. He took his time and explained to me about their habits and how they like to roost in the little coves of the roof line. He talk to me about the different options we could do. We set up a time for him to come out and take a look. When he showed up he said the problem wasn’t that bad and he had the proper materials with him and closed off the areas. Jim was kind and courteous and even webbed and spayed for spiders when I mentioned seeing a black widow the day before.
