Yes, customer service isn’t necessarily their strong area. I have done business with them in the past, though. I knew what I was looking for, and they had the better price at the time.

I am only giving this two stars because they do have an excellent selection. Customer service however was non existent. I went on Saturday 5⁄10 at 8:10am (right after they opened). I wondered around in the yard for about 10 minutes liking around then went inside. There was a man and woman behind the counter neither bothered to acknowledge I came in. I was in there looking at stone for about 10 – 15 minutes with no «can I help you find something» «do you have any questions» I grabbed some catalogs and left. Although they had a great selection I will not be back. I can get better service on line.
