Great deals i bought a purse worth :130 for only $ 50. Plus they provide you with coupons for other stores.

One of very few clothing stores where you won’t be immediately attacked by a sales person. In fact, the roles are reversed so that if you do need help you’ll have to track and hunt down one of these mythical sales people by yourself. They are usually hiding somewhere in the far back, perfectly camouflaged against discounted clothes or up front behind the safety of the cash register. When you finally catch one, they will usually be too tired to help you with any enthusiasm or joy. If you are lucky enough to make it to the fitting room, you’ll find that it’s almost impossible to get an adequate idea of how your bargains actually fit due to the dumbest alarm tag placements in the outlet jungle. I mean how do you try on button up shirts if you can’t button them up due to alarm tags in the button holes? And don’t bother asking them to remove the tags either because they only do that if you buy the shirt… wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise of how it fits now would we? But hey, at least they’re cheap! So I’m just going to end this in the words of the sales person I tried to ask for advice while in the fitting room: «Well I’m off the clock now so if you need help just ask someone else»

No one in store, and still couldn’t get customer service. Terrible, a joke really. I am glad I did not spend my money here. Terrible.

Very bad customer service. No greeting and not helpful. Birth sales associates were rude and unfriendly.

The staffs working there are really rude! My friend and I walked in and they didn’t say hello to us even though they obviously see us. We asked the price for a pair of shoes and the manager who was serving us was so impatient, she told us the price and gave us a supercilious look. After a while, a group of Chinese tourists walked in and they didn’t get any greet as well. And they didn’t do anything wrong, they were just looking around at the purses and the manager seems look down on them somehow. Her attitude was really horrible. She was seriously pulling a long face. When we checked out and I was swiping the card, she was talking to another staff about their night life blahblah. When I get to sign, she just said«sign it» all rudely and boosily which made me feel really uncomfortable. There was not even a «thank you» after the payment. Im seriously wondering how can a person like her could be promoted to be a manager. She seems so not educated.

Some good sales today but this store is extremely cluttered and crowded. It is very difficult to move around the stuff, even more so when there is a good number of people in there. The staff asked if we needed anything, but they weren’t very happy or friendly.

Love the deals you find on the clearance racks in the back of the store. Also if you can deal with the parking problems and the crowds on a holiday — you will get amazing deals. Staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I pop in.

Good customers service and decent choices of clothes with the price being ok as a it was an outlet. This was the smaller CK, the other one is located at the other side of the outlet next to Adidas.

The staff was friendly enough, and there was quite a nice selection for guys(I’m just soooo not skinny enough to fit into any of the ladies offerings). But the prices for the men’s boxer briefs, which Hubby loves, are just WAAAAAAAY too high! I can go to Macy’s on pretty much any given day and find the exact same 2– or 3-packs of boxer briefs for way less than these«outlet» prices. Plus, the quality of the men’s shorts seems to have gone down since the last time Hubby purchased from there. The fabric seems thinner, just not as «hearty» as they used to be. However, I do like how they had the shorts separated by 11″ and 13″ lengths, though neither was quite long enough for my 6’4″ Hubby.

This is great for undergarments and clothing, but it seems to me that prices are kind of steep, can get better prices when Macys has a sale… Large store and lots of selections…

I wouldn’t recommend their handbags. The tote-like bag I bought for about $ 100 suffered from poor design(buckle straps keep opening) and quality issues(the lining had tears from a few weeks of use).

Text the number on the sign up front for a $ 5 off coupon to use at checkout. The CK on the side with BCBG has amazing customer service. The CK on the side where Levi’s is located has the laziest bunch of lazy«workers» just standing around and trying to blend in with the mannequins… lazy lazy lazy! Go to the side near BCBG. The selection there was better and the staff was very helpful.

There are two Calvin Klein locations within the same outlet. They say they sell the same thing but they don’t. Got some pretty nice stuff here. I like Calvin Klein a lot!!! Just gotta get in when they have the best deals! I got three separate $ 5 gift receipts to Bass, Izod, and Van Huesen.

The customer service at the CK on the old side of the outlet(311 Nut Tree) is horrid. I was eyeballing a cute purse but walked out happy to give my money to another store because the staff was so rude. Apparently the only skill management requires is a stuck up attitutde. I will not be returning. Also, this place stinks. Try some ventilation.

I love some Calvin Klein clothes like the soft as hell piqué polos and casual half-button downs. What I don’t love are their leather goods because even being in outlet land, it’s still too damn overpriced! I can take or leave the sporadic customer service as well. Meh.

–1 Star because of my last shopping experience. The jackets are next to the door with an alarm. Annoys me and they won’t even help me until I flagged the chit-chatters down. Was tempted to report it, but eh, I do the same at work sometimes. Great prices here though.
